Hot and ready! The Doughnuts are amazing and always fresh. The selection varies and they did not have all the favorites but the customer service was good and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The apple fritter and blueberry fritters are my favorite but you can't go wrong with a fresh classic glazed or three!

I repeated my order three times in the drive thru to still have my order incorrect. I was charged for the extra topping for my drink and the topping wasn't even added to the drink. To much playing going on and not attentive to the customers request. I do hope my next experience will be better.

All I wanted was a few donut holes and a Chiller. I waited roughly 4 minutes at the drive-through mic as 2 different people attempted to take my order. In the middle of taking my order, I heard someone say "Can you take this order for me?? Then silence. Another person asked for my order AGAIN. I repeated my order. Then finally, off to the window, and you guessed it! I waited for about 3 minutes with multiple employees walking back and forth past the window, looking at me as if I did something wrong. This before someone finally came to the window to inform me that they were going through shift change and was trying to get a register ready and someone to work drive through. I wanted another 2 minutes or so and drove off without my order. Might I add, I was the only customer in the drive-through. I guess it was the Donut God telling me I didn't need all of those sweets anyway.

Went up there because I got an email about a free dozen donuts for your birthday. So I followed the link and it had me set up an account or profile. Simple enough. Went to the location and told the manager I had a code to scan for a free dozen and asked if she needed it she shook her head no proceeded to do an interview while another young lady helped me and when it came time to check out I was given a receipt and Bill for $11 and some change. When asked why the dozen was not free she stated that if I made the profile today it would take a full year to be able to accrue the full dozen donuts. What customer service....

For some reason all the donuts looked smaller than normal, I went inside to see the selection ,not too stocked, but guess well blame that on covid. No sugar packs out. Bought a cinnamon roll, it was not fresh at all and really had no taste. for 2.50 what a waste. Wont choose that one again. I thought by heating it it would taste better no such luck. Store is suppose to open at 6 but never see the hot sign on.. And all you sell is donuts and beverages. Needless to say it takes forever in drive thru because of the slow receipt machine. I'm literally in and out of dunking donuts drive thru. UPDATE,went in Sept 6 around 330, glad I did I wish I had a pic because I couldn't believe nothing was in the case,except minus that look like they were frosted by kids. No originals at all there was only about 10 creme filled. How can you be a donut store and not have any donuts,what are you doing all day.

Got wrong order, with a hair in it & when I circled back around to request the correct order minus the hair, got no apology. Boxed new order & still didn't get it right. But when I pointed it out she gave me the missing donut & wished me a good day.

Always 100% when the hot lights on! I promise my car wills it's self to Krispy Kreme. I'm so glad we don't have one in Kingsland, GA. I would be in trouble!
