Krispy Kreme

Had a Flea in my drink. RUDE manager made it seem like me asking for a refund because of the FLEA was an issue? Like it's a Flea? Why wouldn't I want my money back? No I do not want another one because you obviously couldn't get the first one right. I work at a diner and even I know to check the cup before its sent out smh

This location has cut back on the standard size of a donut. It's not worth the increased price. Management needs to rethink this strategy. I won't be returning to this location.

Great as always. .. but I wanted hot off the roller and the young girl got smart and said the hot sign is on. There is a difference.... if you have premade boxes of hot doughnuts they will start to cool off.. I want the so hot they will almost burn me. Whose child is this that doesn't know the history of a hot krispie Kreme doughnut!!!!

I stopped to watch the donuts being made and got grossed out by the mess on the machine and floor, so I left.

So i just left this place really disappointed, the person behind the counter named Brittany was not pleasant at all, she was not happy to be working there because i didnt get one smile out of her, i even engaged in conversation by asking her a few questions which she didn't seem to pleased about it, like she wanted me out!. I dont think ill be coming back anytime soon. Sorry but hire people who actually want to work here. Not just ones that need a paycheck. Also want to add she claimes that Krispy doesnt do chocolate glaze dontuts thru the machine and the last time they did was 2yrs ago!!!.

Due to the covid 19 the lobby was closed. They allowed me to go through the drive thru in my wheel chair. The lady told me she could do it this time but that was it. But they ended up giving me my order for free for the trouble. I was very thankful for that.

This location is awesome, had a worker do more than he was required to do and was very nice. Will definitely be back in the store again soon and i dont even like going in places my fiance normally does all that stuff lol but i defiantly will be back.

Omg the doughnuts rings with the creme on inside are great along with the frozen coffees..I was having a really rough day and an employee told me I was beautiful and it made my night!!!

This location was not busy when we went. We had great service but the dining area was bot clean. There was trash on seats and crumbs on tables. The staff was very nice though.

Always great donuts!! I love their iced latte, it taste sweet but the coffee taste remains strong
