This restaurant was so cute and delicious!! We were so happy with our visit here because the sandwiches and tea was very good. The staff were very friendly and they were extremely quick! We ordered the Thai tea with boba and it was one of the best we’ve had and it even comes in a cool cup! The sandwich was simply amazing though, the baguette was crunchy and helped to create a delicious texture with the great flavor of the meat and vegetables. We definitely want to return to this location when we are in Gainesville!!

I absolutely loved this place! Took my entire family to try out their baguettes (my co-workers have been raving about their baguette sandwiches for weeks). I tried the B1 and B2 and both were fantastic, very fresh ingredients and super delicious flavors. We shared some desserts as well and they were fantastic! Great spot for the fam, big spacious area and a nice change from the other chains in the spot.

Walking in I immediately notice the amazing pastries for sale. The staff at the counter were welcoming and happy to help a first timer. The food came out quick and was top notch! The ingredients were fresh & tasty. I ordered chicken ramen and my friends got a couple of the Rice dogs. The mozzarella one had the ultimate cheese stretch. Can’t wait to return!

My experience here was strangely inconsistent. I ordered the pork banh mi, Thai tea, and a slice of the Irish cream cheesecake.

The sandwich started out a tad less flavorful than I expected, but the second half had a lot more flavor and kick, and, with the wonderfully crispy bread, it was ultimately a pretty satisfying lunch.

The cheesecake also seemed less Irish creamy than I'd hoped, but also seemed to get a bit better with each bite. The cheesecake here is the really dense, heavy kind -- at least, the Irish cream variety is -- so if you like your cheesecake light and fluffy this may not be to your taste. Still, it was pretty good, but not quite as spectacular as I'd expected.

The Thai tea was nice, though again a little less intense than I've had elsewhere.

The service was also a bit inconsistent. The person who took my order was very polite and helpful, but when it came up they called the number just once and didn't speak clearly, and it was only after I heard later orders called that I realized I had to go ask for mine. If I hadn't gone to ask for it, I don't know how long it would have sat behind the counter, forgotten.

I also picked up some pastries that I haven't sampled yet, so maybe I'll update this review...

Good place for Banh mi’s in Gainesville.

Ill start off by saying other paris banh mi’s i’ve been to (orlando/jacksonville) had better banh mi’s than this establishment, and this is nowhere near the best banh mi i’ve had, but this is the best i’ve found in Gainesville.

The prices are a little high but it’s in the plaza with the standard so it’s to be expected. I got a dac biet (cold cut special) and it was pretty good. The pate is very buttery/mayonnaise-y compared to others i’ve had, and my bread wasn’t toasted in the slightest like it should be. Also the menu picture shows $8 but the cash register rings it up as 8.25, just a side note.

Not the best banh mi you’ll ever eat, but one of the best in gainesville and in a very conveniently accessible location for UF students. I’d still recommend it as a treat every once in a while. They also have a selection of boba and bakery items!

Ecstatic that one of my favorite bahn mi places in Orlando opened a location in Gainesville! Even more happy that when I tried it, the bahn mi is as delicious as I remember. I've had almost all the other options for bahn mi in Gainesville and this is definitely the best in terms of the crispy bread, proportion of ingredients, quality of meats. Highly recommend getting their artichoke tea as well. Prices are reasonable. Pro tip: Park in the Publix across the street. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I decided to try Paris Banh Mi today, and I was incredibly pleased. The customer service was great, with friendly staff members to greet you. The options seem plentiful from Vietnamese sandwiches, burgers, Boba tea, bakery items, and dessert. The prices are also very reasonable as well. I decided to order the Pate Steamed Pork (Banh Mi Pate Thit Do). I was incredibly satisfied with the portion size, and taste of the sandwich. The ingredients tasted very fresh, and the flavor was incredibly rich. In terms of price point, the price was comparable to Publix subs. I would hands down prefer to order another sandwich from here!

I went during intersession, so the restaurant was empty. I also know that it recently opened. I hope to see more people try out Paris Banh Mi. You can't go wrong here. The food seems to be of great quality, and the prices are very reasonable. There a couple of Vietnamese Pho restaurants within a 10 minute radius, however, Paris Banh Mi fills a void through offering sandwiches and bakery options which campus has been lacking.

I'd strongly recommend checking out Paris Banh, and will definitely be back.

I first came on their grand opening day, and find myself coming back almost too often. Their teas are flavorful and not too sweet, and their bánh mì are truly delicious. Their vegetables are fresh and their meat is flavorful. I didn’t expect this restaurant to be as good as it is, you should definitely try it for yourself.

I absolutely love this place. The Banh Mi here is amazing and has a wide selection. Boba drinks are also very great with chewy tapioca boba the way I like it. Pastries and Snacks are also available with some great dessert options in the cake display. They now also serve noodles and I had to try the Pho which was amazing. Workers here are very friendly and service is very quick. Overall, with the proximity to campus and wide selection of all the available items, I come here all the time and it’s always a pleasant experience!

We order from here fairly regularly- the food is always solid- the vegan banh mi is perfect! The teas are decent. The kids enjoyed the Oreo one.
