Paris Banh Mi Gainesville

I decided to give this location a try since the one in Jacksonville was delicious. I ordered a #1 jere since I had a good experience with it in Jacksonville. Overall the ingredients were there but it was lacking flavor. The vegetables were lacking too. Only a few carrots and 1 stem a cilantro. I was disappointed. It was also missing the umami that the Jacksonville location had. The plus side is that there is a decent sized dining area and an assortment of snacks and desserts to choose from. There is no parking at this location.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. If you want to interact with rude people who mix curdled boba tea, this place is for you.
When we asked for them to remix it they said that the curdled milk is normal. Then the worker said “I might have mixed it incorrectly but you can fix it yourself”

What I really love about this place is that they have everything. Sandwiches, desserts, asian snacks, corn dogs and boba.

I love the Special Combination and Grilled Pork sandwiches! My favorite boba drinks are the lychee strawberry fruit tea and the milk tea cheese foam with tapioca boba.

I just tried their potato corn dog and hot cheeto korean corn dogs recently too and they were so crispy and the cheese ones are soo yummy.

I have went 4 days im a row. This place is so yummy and delicious. If u are not used to viet food I would stop being intimidated and try the B1 or B2!! Also really affordable food!

Wow! I wish I came here sooner. The Korean corn dog was literally life-changing and the meatball pho was delicious and a huge portion.

Good hangover food

I had a wonderful experience today! The sandwiches are amazing and they have so many pastries and snacks as well. Really good location right across from UF next to the Target building. I really loved the B1 Special.

I had a great lunch here! The sandwiches all have really delicious flavors. Collectively, my group tried the special combination, the grilled pork, and the vegetarian which had a lemongrass flavor. Really well-seasoned and honestly, this is one of the best sandwiches in Gainesville. Such a gem for a Vietnamese Banh Mi shop.

FYI: you can park in the Standard Parking Garage in the retail parking area and the shop will validate parking.

The bahn mi is great and well-priced. The chicken egg rolls are good and overpriced (by $2-3).

I got the vegetarian Bahn Mi and a black iced coffee. I really did not like the soy curd and would have preferred if they had tofu. The bahn mi had way too much mayo and was not a good flavor. The iced coffee was not good and it was disappointing they did not have any non dairy options to add to the coffee. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to any vegetarians/vegans.
