This cafe has horrid service. I've been there and walked out. My daughter told me she just went there and waited 20 minutes for a coffee and pastry to go. She will never return, nor will I.

What bad experience! Rude! Under cook food and burnt almond croissant, funny part I was just want to come for the almond croissant and she ruined for me!
We wait 45m for our food! Very bad food

The food was so bad. We went there for lunch, My husband had the Tuna sandwich and it was disgusting. The service was the worst. They served my husband’s food first, and then we waited over a half hour for my food and my food was never come. So we asked for the refund and walked out. We will never come back to this place.

The only French thing about this Cafe is the name. My wife and myself enjoy trying new places to eat and supporting small businesses. We always go in with a positive attitude and try our best to be flexible. We waited for 40 minutes and no one came to take an order. We decided to leave after the waiter told an elderly couple to get their own silverware from a basket left on a table.This did not sit well with us. Not only is this practice unsanitary and but extremely rude. I hope the owner and employees can work out all their inefficiencies.

The review is not harm you! I intent for you to try and fix the issues and customers encounters. Instead of writing this defensive response sit with your staff and figure out ways to grow. Please stop being defensive and work on your craft. If you are going the self-service route make sure to figure out a way where all the silverware is kept separate. The whole reaching into a basket is not cool. Hope you have a better day!

Friendly staff and really good food. The coffee was excellent. We had quiche and a chicken and cheese crepe. My only point of feedback is that they used a sweet crepe batter for the savory crepe. Still really good and not super sweet. I just personally prefer a buckwheat or other savory crepe with savory fillings.

Easy 5 stars for the wonderful women who work here. The menu is large for such a small bakery. The crepes were what me and my wife ordered. The sweet and savory options are great.

The breads are fresh and delicious.

The coffee is fresh and bottomless cup.

The decor is cute. The place is very clean, spotless actually. The bathroom was also tidy and clean. They wash tables very quickly.

I would definitely eat here again.

This is my brunch spot every time I come to Fort Myers, just once per trip but it is my favorite spot. The owner/chef is very funny, very kind and always busy! I came here last year and I was back again this year! I got their ham and cheese on a croissant sandwich and their strawberry and Nutella crepes, with a cappuccino, and it was yummy.

Being a barista by trade I always critique a coffee shop by ordering a cappuccino and they don't disappoint. Recommend to make it more evenly, mine tends to be more milk than foam, but I love the cinnamon on top every time!

I love the atmosphere, the woman that was working when we went was very kind and I could tell she was having a morning, but I'm glad I made her laugh when I messed up when signing my signature at the register, 🤣🤣.

Definitely gonna come back over and over again when I'm in the city. Thanks so much! Keep going! Merci!

I was craving crepes. Looked on Google near me. I went there and was so excited to try it out. However I was very disappointed! I walked in there was a young guy and a lady there. I said hello, told them I was going to the bathroom and wash my hands before I ordered. I came out and got the menu, sat down. There was 3 ladies sitting down waiting for their food. The lady brought them out a salad. She didn't say anything to me. So a lady came in and got cookies price was on the plate but she rang it up$3.00 more and said the sign was wrong! She was very rude with the customer and said do you want it or not !?! The customer said I want it for the price that was on the sign. The lady said well I'm not a manager so I can't do that! At that point I walked I out and went to Jason's deli. I went back and told them I walked out because I wasn't acknowledge. She said I was supposed to order at the counter which there was no sign that said that but she was rude to me and said oh well. The guy said they were understaffed which I understand but very bad customer service.
