EDIT: In response to the owner, I watched the blonde woman pick the twist tie out of my salad and then throw it out, and you gave me NOTHING for free. Don’t lie and play the victim. Just do a better job.

THEY DON’T CARE. I found a METAL twist tie (like from a bag of bread) mixed in my salad. When the embarrassed server brought it back to the kitchen, the blonde woman working just picked it up, looked at it, and then threw it away. The owner saw as well. No one apologized besides the server herself. I also watched them take my $5 pastry out of a store-bought container full of them. I ordered black forest cake as well and it was STALE. This was our second visit and it will now be our last.

Went and had their crepes and tiramisu cake and it was amazing only good would also reccomend their lemon cakes and prosciutto(hot version)

Really terrible customer service! Have been here 2-3 times at different times of the day (sometimes busy, sometimes not), and if you don’t ask twice for your food or coffee - they will forget about you. Extremely long wait time. So prepare to be here for at least an hour. Staff is unapologetic about it too. I was handed the wrong order once I finally received it. The icing on the cake, pun intended, Is that my mother and I were served a piece of expired rotten cake that tasted like vinegar. When we tried to warn the staff for safety, they said that they had served it earlier today and people said it was delicious, and refused to apologize, reimburse, or even try the cake or hear us out. Really horrible experience.

Cute little cafe with authentic French atmosphere. Fresh baked deserts and delicious coffee.

Super cozy place and really friendly staff. The owner took her time to explain the menu to us. The coffee was delicious and the bread is fresh!

Despite a very friendly and smiling waitress, i put only 2 stars for the extremely slow service. About 20 min to get just 1 crepe ! Silverware was dirty i had to clean them up, you can't get a cup of water, they make you buy a bottle. Food was not bad at all, not the best for far from bad.

We have been patrons of this establishment for many years. We love coming here for breakfast/ lunch. Never in all our visits have we ever experienced bad food or bad service until today. The food, we both had crepes, was just ok. A little over cooked unless you like really crispy crepes. The worst part was the service. We waited over 50 minutes to get our food. There was only one server who apparently was responsible for both food and drink delivery and cleanup of tables. She did an admirable job given how busy it was and the lack of help she received. The problem appears to be the indifferent hostess who took our order. I suspect our order never made it back to kitchen. Worst of all there was no apology whatsoever, except from the overworked waitress. Will be hesitant to return anytime soon!
1/29/23 decided to return to this establishment. While the food was better, except for the piece of hard plastic in my wife’s crepe, the wait time was horrendous. Ordered two specialty crepes and a cappuccino and chai tea at 9:14 am. The drinks were delivered at 9:50 am my crepe at 10:00am and my wife’s crepe at 10:10 am. With the exception of the piece of plastic in my wife’s crepe which I gave to the hostess the food was good. Just not worth waiting an hour for. Too bad this used to be great place.

The poor customer service is made even worse by the rudeness of its staff. I'll NEVER come back.

Your responses to your critics are not what I would expect from a business owner. I have rarely seen a response from you where you take responsibility for the failings of your business. Only you, as the business owner, are responsible for the quality and qualifications of your staff. That applies regardless of whether you are or are not physically present at your business' premises. Your responses give me even more reason to NEVER come back.

I've been visiting this cafe for years now during my vacations. Every time I come back I'm amazed by the increase in the pastry selection, expansion of the menu offerings, the excellent French crepes. The service extension by friendly staff. Some of the people have been working there for years and recognize me every time. They treat guests like friends. I love it and can only recommend it.

Great Pastries and wonderful customer service. It’s a charming environment. My go to place for the best crepes! Lovely staff including Shannon who is always courteous!
