At noon they had nothing German on the menu, dinner menu is no longer made, out of tuna for special written on wall for today. Finally ordered minestrone soup have had canned soup that tasted better. Only 2 workers who ignored customers to have cigarettes.

Worst Restaurant Experience of My life!!!!! Stay Away!!! I placed a to go order. They confirmed the order. I drove over an hour round trip to pick it up. When I got there, they told me they didn't have the order, even though they confirmed the order and i had their confirmation on my email. They were extremely rude to me and even refused to complete the order if I waited. I could not get over how rude the Staff was, most unbelievable customer service experience I have had in a long time

We just moved to the area we were excited to find this place . We tried it for breakfast. Three of us had waffles with eggs and I tried crepes. Extremely disappointed with everything that we were served. They took the waffles out of the package and warmed them up in the microwave ☹️☹️☹️egged were cold my crops were not cooked well. Staff in the kitchen were not very clean they were eating while preparing meals.nothing was good except it was a cute place.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Just left this bakery. If I could give it a lower rating I would. I tried to order a latte but their machine is broken. My husband asked for water instead and she referred him to the bottled water in the cooler. She wouldn’t even give him a glass of water. I ordered a cream puff and my husband had a an Apple strudel. Both were from the display case. Both pastries were beyond stale. I was afraid to eat the cream puff for fear of food poisoning. I told the waiter/cashier that it was stale so she would know not to serve more, I didn’t even ask for something else or my money back. She said it was fresh from this morning and did I want it or not. I told her no. She took it away, was very rude and couldn’t have cared less. Don’t waste your time or risk your health eating here.

The food was fresh and delicious, my cappuccino was perfect, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. Will definitely be back many times 👍

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: You can see how rude these people are just based on their response to the one star review I left them. Instead of trying to make it right and apologizing, they left another rude remark about their poor service. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. So glad I didn't give them a penny of my money and I highly recommend you don't either!!
Original Review:
Extremely rude staff that refused to serve us. Drove over an hour to try their food and only found disappointment.

The perfect escape for Breakfast, brunch or lunch. We found this gem by accident looking for a place to have our Valentines Brunch in Fort Myers, Fl. The ambiance made me feel like I was transported to a little café in France. The Cafe Con Panna was perfect. We had the French toast, Nova Lox sandwich and to top it off a Nutella Banana Crepe. All made fresh from their scratch kitchen. From the ambiance to the food and service it was all amazing! I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing this piece of France right here in Fort myers Fl.

Alarmingly rude service.
Also $12 for a slice of microwaved, oversalted quiche.

Update: ~20 minutes after I posted this review, the presumed owner took our food, called me stupid, and kicked us out... Confirming that earlier rudeness was no fluke.

The bakery is very delicious, cafe is smooth. The vibe here literally made me feel like I was in Paris.

My sister and I wanted to come here to have an experience, but it was not worth it at all. The crepes weren’t good; in my opinion, the quiche was good, but it wasn’t unique; it was kind of like a Publix quiche; I should’ve stayed in the cape. The affogatto should’ve been in a latte glass for presentation because it looked ugly and nasty. The food was not out promptly, which I can understand since they only have one server.
That one server was also a cashier, and she was so mean to the guest. When someone would ask her a question, she would get defensive. She argued with a guest over a small mistake.
I used to be a server, and I would never act that way towards a guest. Her interaction with other guests was hard to watch and deeply saddening. She talked about guests loudly, if I may add in the back instead of taking orders.
If you’re going to talk about people, wait until they leave. There needs to be more improvement on who is hired. The environment was tense, and I don’t see myself coming back.
