If you like egg, cheese or meat breakfast come here, if more healthy style avoid it, but no much breakfast choice in this small village.

Not recommended at all. Weird vibe. Staff was quite unfriendly in a strange way. The lady at the counter had zero interest in making us feel welcome, didn't even look us in the eye, just gave a blunt "sit anywhere". The food was mediocre, but okay, prices are fair too. Checkout is handled by bespoke girl at the counter, again, very annoyed. Felt like she couldn't wait to get rid of us. We were very friendly and polite from the moment we walked in so that was certainly not on us. We regret coming here and will definetly not go back.

Family of 7. Rarely do we find a restaurant where everyone orders what they want, let alone enjoy the food. Great experience! Food was great! Kids Mac-n-Cheese, some small pizzas, a wrap, a Chef Salad, and some BBQ pork tacos We won't hesitate to eat here again!

Very deep fried generic roadside diner. The only unique things on the menu were unavailable and they really just wanted you to eat and get the hell out, I got the bill before I was done eating. This is not the place to go for coffee and it's unfortunate because this place could be so much more

The best food in the Everglades without a doubt. After trying a few other places with great disappointment, we tried Island Cafe for dinner. Very fair any reasonable prices, good service, and the food was delicious! We returned for breakfast and again a delicious breakfast.

Came here on 7/22/22 for breakfast. I ordered two scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. They came to me fairly quick. The biscuits and gravy were lukewarm to cold. Also, lacked flavor.
Suggestion throw some ground spicy pork sausage in the gravy and add some Garlic. This will make a huge difference in the flavor.

Great food at a good price. We've eaten here many times and had a lot of different items. Always clean with very friendly staff. Oh, don't forget to get some ice cream

Great place! Loved the food and service. Server was patient and answered all of my mom's questions about the menu. Frog legs were awesome. Gator bites' portion was huge. Jumbo shrimp was delicious. Fried pickles tasted okay too. I will definitely recommend this place for visitors.
