Goodness, this was a tiny place with BIG taste and friendly team. LOVED š it. Had an Iced Carmel Macchiato that was so flavorful. AND The Famous Egg Sandwich with feta and spinach on a Croissant that was just FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend this lovely little business for a great treat. This experience was so pleasant and a positive beginning to the day for me.

This is a great place for coffee or tea! Very friendly and courteous staff. Must stop in here again. Great lp music player on a record player. Ah yes, very nice.

Some of the best breakfast sandwiches we have ever had! And the s'mores cookies were amazing. We would come back to Cedar Key for this place alone. Also very friendly staff that really seem passionate about their delicious items. =)

I enjoyed this coffee shop so much when we visited on Saturday that we went back on Sunday! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the blt breakfast sandwich, the cowboy cookie and the cold brew, but would skip the hot latte. They have an awesome selection of flavored syrups, which I enjoyed choosing from. The window seats inside are adorable and there is great sidewalk seating, as well.

Coffee, tea's, breakfast, lunch, frozen chocolate dipped keylime pie, coffee beans and a plethora of other trinkets. Great coffee and tea, had the chocolate cherry cordial coffee and it was excellent. The sassyfras strawberry iced tea is amazing.

A friend and I spent the day in Cedar Key. Before leaving town, we stopped by 1842 Daily Grind & Mercantile to pick up drinks for the drive home. I ordered a London Fog, and she tried the spicy lemonade. My London Fog was the best Iāve ever had. The addition of lavender is genius, and all the flavors are perfectly proportioned. And my friendās spicy lemonade? WOW! Iāve never had anything like it, and Iām tempted to drive back to Cedar Key just to have a full cup for myself. The lemonade flavors are wonderful, and the perfect amount of spice enhances the flavors and provides just the right tickle at the back of your throat. Truly amazing. I should also mention that the staff are incredibly friendly (and genuinely appreciative of kind words), and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. 1842 Daily Grind & Mercantile was the perfect way to end a perfect visit to Cedar key.

Normally I eat lunch at the restaurant across the street but I decided to give 1842 a try. Glad I did! The salad I chose for my side dish to the Bacon, Turkey Avocado sandwich was a pleasant ā and tasty āsurprise. It was fresh and creative. The sandwich was also excellent! No long wait, fresh food and a cool atmosphere. I will be back.
