Like the other bad reviews say, the older man who takes the orders is not friendly and comes off rude. I ordered a mocha and veggie breakfast. I asked him what a veggie breakfast was and he was having a hard time telling me. Just write it on your menu and i won't ask questions. I waited 30mins for a veggie sandwhich which never came. They said sorry and then the ladies made me the wrong sandwhich. They all seem confused there. Never going there again for food. The only good thing was their coffee. The mocha was delicious though.

Awesome experience! The coffee is really good, and the staff is very friendly. We were sitting in the cafe and they provided us with free espresso (they freshly roasted the beans in front of us) and banana coffee cake :)

Don't see what the hype is about. The vaunted "single origin" is the norm for most small cafes and coffee shops. Seems like a place for locals, but if you enjoy coffee, this is not your place. The espresso was served burnt and in a tall to go cup. You're better off heading down the street to Maketto.

DON'T GO! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Awful customer service today. The clerk did not greet or say hello as I ordered a coffee, paid more attention to the guy behind waiting in line. I asked about the new happy hour menu and the guy just gave me a non reply. Also the clerk told me there is a two hour limit or something? Not sure what that means? BAD VIBES ALL AROUND. Never going back.

I went to Sidamo because the ratings were so high. Unfortunately my experience wasn't that great. The older guy that is always there is not friendly at all. He only seemed to smile for familiar faces. I gave two stars because my White Mocha and the chicken sandwhich was delicious.

Best coffee I’ve ever had in my life hands down. The pastries and breakfast sandwiches are good too!

Came in and went to counter to order. Owner was sitting close by and saw me while he was texting. I tried to get his attention politely but he ignored me. I've visited multiple times and although the interactions with the baristas have been pleasant, the old man(I assume is the owner) has always been cold and rude.

Worst place for coffee ever. The old man I guess he is the owner is rude and slow. I had a latte and it had no test at all. It was like water with dust. People who like coffee DON NOT GO THERE EVER.

I work in the business park areas closest to the Fulton location and take the ten(ish)-minute walk there almost daily from my workplace on my lunch breaks. To enjoy a high-quality cup of organic, fair-trade, shade-grown Ethopian coffee and perhaps a sandwich or pastry, use the Wi-Fi to catch up on life outside of work, read a book or two, etc., is refreshing. I have also come to know most of the staff and
am a pleased and supportive customer of the caring, approachable, and kind staff, which I will continue to be!

Love, Love, LOVE IT! Kind staff, great pastries and breakfast/lunch sandwiches, amazing coffee, calming vibe, what else can you ask for?
