Bourbon Coffee

Best cortado in town. Nice atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Music could be better. Punk isn’t my thing when sipping coffee.

I came on a weekday and during prime morning rush with barely any wait time both to order and receiving my drink. I also stayed till late afternoon and it never got crowded enough where tables were hard to find. They have a great selection of coffee, non-coffee and smoothies available as well as bakery items and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.

I got an iced macadamia nut mocha and chocolate chip muffin. The flavor was so good and honestly one of the best specialty drinks I've had! My muffin was delicious as well. There's free Wi-Fi and several tables and window seats available. I loved the vibe here and definitely plan to come back!

Not the best coffee I've had in DC, but by no means was it bad! I'll come here again, the service was good and drinks were quick.

Great decor, based on Rwandan styles, also where the coffee is sourced from. music is on point, and the ambiance is great for getting some work done or meeting friends.

I like the idea/concept of this place, which only sells coffee from Rwanda. I tried a pour over with Muhazi coffee, you could really feel the flavors.

Bourbon Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops in DC.

Had the virunga as a pour over and it was really good. Well described from their menu. I'd recommend this place for a coffee on the go

meh, it was okay. Aztec chai was good but mostly tastes like spicy milk, would have preferred to taste more flavor aside from spice. Sandwich was overpriced for quality. Having been a barista for starbux and dunkin, could have seen a bit more friendliness from the Barista. Seemed like a bummer when i came in :/ Cool chalk board menu tho.

Great ambiance, friendly staff, and awesome seating options. Food was delicious, and of course the coffee was great too!
