Kaisy's Delights: A European-inspired Breakfast and Coffee Shop

Kaisy's Delights is a charming breakfast and coffee shop located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This cozy eatery offers a unique menu that combines European-inspired dishes with classic American breakfast staples. The restaurant is open seven days a week, with varying hours depending on the day.

The menu at Kaisy's Delights is diverse, with options ranging from sweet to savory. The signature dish is the Kaisy, a chopped-up pancake served with a variety of toppings, including fruit, whipped cream, and savory options like pierogi and sandwiches. The restaurant also serves coffee drinks, smoothies, and ice cream.

The interior of Kaisy's Delights is colorful and inviting, with pink and green accents that create a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The restaurant is perfect for a casual breakfast or brunch with friends or family.

While the food at Kaisy's Delights is generally well-received, some customers have noted that the prices can be a bit high. The kaisy is delicious like the best bread pudding EVER! The kaiserino is fancy hot chocolate with espresso - so good! And quiches are delicious. The owners are friendly and helpful- and the staff makes everything fresh!

Cute little store, exceptionally clean. Nicest family running it - the son was beyond courteous, and made a great impression.

The Kaisy is the signature dish and it's amazing. Think chopped up waffle with powdered sugar, served with fruit compote they make themselves. It was simply great, and very fairly priced for a beach restaurant.

We'll be back. I'd have taken a picture, but I ate it too fast.

Very interesting and wonderful treat! A little bit European heritage too! Got to try it.

Anyone who gave this place anything less than five stars should have their heads examined! The fruit is fresh, the ice cream is out of this world delicious and the Kaisy is phenomenal. First time ever coming here and it will be a regular stop on future return trips. Keep it up!

Top tier breakfast food and coffee. Worth checking out.

It's my favorite breakfast stop for a quick bite before hitting the beach. It's so close to the beach and boardwalk. The food is amazing! The owner is wonderful and friendly. I love to order the egg(over easy)and cheese on a Kaizer roll ,their iced coffee. Their tap water is free and delicious(I appreciate this so very much! ) tip them well! They work hard and deserve it.

The man who was taking orders/ ringing people out was incredibly rude and short with customers. He had the audacity to hold his hand up and shush customers if they said something before he finished putting one item into the ordering system. Not to mention he was visibly stressing out the other employees, making them short with customers as well.

Not sure if this was a fluke or what but it's enough to make me consider not visiting any Kaisy's Delights again .

Also if you're going to advertise a 'vegan sandwich' and it ends up only having a little bit of sauteed spinach and mushrooms in it and nothing else, maybe dont charge $8+ for it.

Definitely the best Austrian crumbled pancake you will ever eat! There are various toppings you can select... fruit compotes, powdered sugar, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream plus more! These are called Kaiseys! The menu also boasts various breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffees, teas, goulash, and latkes. We tried a lot of the great home-made menu items and we were never disappointed. So go and enjoy! We never left hungry at all! Delicious food! One thing for sure is you will not forget your dining experience. One would think they are in Austria!

The staff was very friendly, very helpful. Gave us a wonderful sample while we decided what we wanted. The drinks were great as were the Latkes we ordered thanks to the sample given to us before. Checked in on us often to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great environment, very clean and beautiful place. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in Rehoboth! 😊

We went in for funnel cake and were introduced to Kaiserschmarrn by an older man. We were talked into giving it a try- the guy was a bit pushy and aggressive. We ended up paying $10 for one small cup of Kaiser plus a small scoop of ice cream. Definitely over priced. We will not go back.
