Kaisy's Delights: A European-inspired Breakfast and Coffee Shop

Kaisy's Delights is a charming breakfast and coffee shop located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This cozy eatery offers a unique menu that combines European-inspired dishes with classic American breakfast staples. The restaurant is open seven days a week, with varying hours depending on the day.

The menu at Kaisy's Delights is diverse, with options ranging from sweet to savory. The latte was luke warm. It was over five dollars and was in an 8 oz cup and half of pit was foamed milk. One 8 oz regular cup of coffee cost over 4.00 with no refill. Egg omelettes were paper thin and loaded with black pepper that made it taste bad. One side of toast was not toasted. The worst breakfast I ever had!

For a place where you can expect to pay $60+ for 2 omelettes and 2 lattes, you will be extremely disappointed. The food was gross, the latte was barely warm and 80% foam/milk, and the vegetables inside the omelette were soggy and cold. Worst place we went to for breakfast in Rehoboth.

$14 for a microwaved pancake that was made "either yesterday or this morning." Thanks for the leftovers... Don't come here.

And look at that super professional response. Any reasonable place I've been has offered a refund if expectations aren't met. Snark is fine too, tastes about as good as your microwaved food.

Kaisy's - the Applebee's of regional overpriced boardwalk desserts.

I love everything about Kaisy's Delight. I waited a year to come back and it was worth the weight. The latkas are fantastic and the kaiseys are a wonderful sweet treat.

Kaisy's Delights is has an amazing atmosphere and the food is high quality and full of flavor. The breakfast sandwiches are prepared fresh to order however you prefer. The drip coffee is smooth and full of flavor. My wife fell in love with the Vermont iced latte(maple flavor). Very light but full of flavor. And then the crown jewel...the Kaisy. No words can describe this treat. Breakfast or after dinner it is truly an amazing treat.
The staff is very friendly and efficient
The owner is very personable and I could tell he values all who walk through his doors. If you visit once you will be back.
We have been coming to Rehoboth for over 30 years. When Kaisy's Delight ooened a few years ago I was hesitant to try it. Do not make my mistake. Rush to Kaisy's Delight, you will not be disappointed.

1 year later...
The quality of the ingredients continues to be a top priority. So many options. The breakfast sandwiches can not be compared to anything else. Simply amazing.
If you are looking for an iced coffee, my wife still recommends the Vermont latte. Visit 1 time and you will want to go back.

Absolutely incredible. We just visited Rehoboth for the first time and heard we should try Kaisys - WOW. We tried it yesterday morning and just came back this morning because we had to have it one more time in our way out of the beach. We had the medium size and the large size - both are very filling. The compote and whipped cream are also made fresh!
We also got a traditional breakfast sandwich and a smoked salmon sandwich - the Kaiser rolls are like nothing else and the quality of it all was SO fresh. The coffees we tried both were exceptionally made and very European in style and quality.
10/10 absolutely recommend! Terry and his team were kind, helpful, and so pleasant :)

Not one to leave bad reviews but if you’re looking for good breakfast, you certainly will not be finding that here. So bad lol. Bland, terrible omelettes and the worst coffee I had while out in Delaware.

Tried these delicious kaisys for breakfast while we were in town for a wedding. Unique and delicious, great service, fair pricing. You get to pick your own combination of fruits and meats for toppings!

Smoothie was good. Machiatto was good. Food was not. Got kaisy dog. Bread was so hard, I couldn't eat it. Bacon egg sandwich was ok. That's all we had for over $40. Not worth it

If I wanted microwaved pancakes with a diabetic coma inducing amount of powdered sugar I would have stayed home. The fact that the manager didn't see a problem with their primary product being microwaved is very sad since they used to be our favorite breakfast treat at the beach. Really like the owner whenever he is in the shop. Hopefully they get their act together.
