Angie's: A Cozy Coffee Shop and Restaurant
If you're looking for a small, cozy place to enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch, Angie's is the perfect spot. This family-owned coffee shop and restaurant is located at 336 N Elm St in Torrington, Connecticut. It offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
Angie's is primarily a breakfast and brunch spot, but it also serves lunch. The menu is simple but delicious, with classic breakfast dishes like pancakes, omelets, and French toast. Customers rave about the blueberry Texas French toast and the western omelet, which is stuffed with ham, peppers, onions, and cheese. The portions are generous, so you won't leave hungry.
The coffee at Angie's is also worth mentioning. It's freshly brewed and pairs perfectly with the breakfast dishes. The restaurant also serves other beverages like tea and juice.
Angie's is a small place, so it can get crowded during peak hours. However, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, but it's open from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Saturdays, it's open from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, and on Sundays, it's open from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
If you're in the Torrington area and looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch, Angie's is definitely worth a visit. It's a small gem that offers great food and excellent service at a reasonable price.

Always great there shes knows our usuals and is very reasonably priced too. She always has our drinks prior to us even being seated. Generous portions of home fries and always nails the amount of veggies in my eggwhite omelette, Cannot recommend enough.

The food is beyond excellent!. It is always worth the wait. My wife and I have been coming here for about 3 or 4 years. We are never disappointed!

Large portions. Food was wonderful. Highly recommend the cinnamon sugar beignets. Small yet perfect breakfast menu with daily specials. If we lived here we would go back often. Got very busy after we got there around 9am.

Best breakfast in Torrington! Home fries are amazing and crunchy along with the bacon. Scrambled eggs and toast are always cooked perfectly. Staff is friendly. If I could give it more stars I would.

Traditional breakfast fare done right! Found it by chance when on business in the area about 5 or 6 weeks ago. I'll be there again this week and plan to stop again for breakfast.

Angie’s is my go to when I want a delicious breakfast..I had banana pancakes with bacon & the best hash browns hands down, fresh and tasty.. I’d recommend just about anything they offer. I don’t know about the negative reviews that mentioned service maybe they caught them on a bad day or maybe they’re too sensitive-people get offended quite easily these days. The staff has always been friendly with me, I highly recommend Angie’s to anyone.

I went to have some breakfast and yes I was alone. I sat at a booth and was told the booths are reserved for larger parties and would I move to the bar/counter. I told the waitress that I was uncomfortable with that and would prefer to sit where I was. She went into the kitchen and told people and now they are coming to the door between the kitchen and dining area and staring at me, now that doesn’t make me comfortable either. If you are single I guess you have to sit at the counter in the middle of the the dining area and have other patrons watching you have your meal. Mind you there is no sign stating that booths are reserved for larger parties. I highly recommend you find a better establishment to eat at, where the staff isn’t so rude!
