Although Caribou's coffees are not my favorite, this store is a great meeting spot because of it's convenient location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Also, their WiFi is reliable when working on a laptop.

I work across the parking lot and spend nearly every lunch here. These are some of the most friendly baristas I've ever met. They have an assortment of different types of coffee (sugary, black, cold press, pour overs, etc.) which are all pretty good. It's not really a coffee snob place like Little Owl or Aviano, but it also doesn't cost $3.50 for espresso. For God's sake, drive past the Starbucks and come here instead.

I get my breakfast here often, and sometimes my lunch! The only thing about this place that makes it a four instead of five star: they almost never clean out the trashcan on the back side of the building. I have waited often for them to punch in my rewards number, and never have gotten a reward. Weird. But the iced tea and bagel is almost always right!

Never, ever order coffee inside if there is any kind of line at the drive through. They will serve car after car after car before they ever get around to making your drink. There must be some way to put the inside people in the queue so that they don't wait 14 minutes for a coffee while everyone in their car is chugging through one after another. 3 people behind the counter.

I dont mind waiting if it makes sense but their system is broken for the people who order inside.
Why does the drive through get such extreme preference, because they are in a car and it's not ok for them to wait but because someone goes inside it's fine to make them wait forever? See for yourself, go In the morning rush, order a coffee and set a stopwatch. Count the number of cars that go through before you get your coffee. It's frustratingly ridiculous. How about every other coffee outside then inside, outside then inside and nobody gets put out?

The coffee was good btw, so nice job there.

I've been looking for a new coffee shop and unfortunately choices are fairly limited in the area I live in.

After doing some research we decided to try out Caribou Coffee and actually went there several times.

The environment is nice and usually it was't too difficult to snag a table near a plug for use with the laptop. I'll also say the coffee was good and they service was quick, which I appreciated.

What ultimately turned me off though was the staff. In our 3 trips there we basically interacted with 4 different staff members. One set was a brand new person who was just starting out on her very first day. She had several problems with the register, but was so friendly and affable that we all just ended up laughing about it had a lot of fun. The person helping her also seemed friendly and was patient with her young apprentice. So, those two - GREAT experience.

Unfortunately the other two times we went were not so nice. During those occasions I was served by a tall blond gentleman with zero sense of humor and a snobbish attitude. I was extremely friendly and tried to break the ice with him several times but all I ever got in return from him was the sense that I was an irritation. I was petty bummed out because we were looking for a new coffee 'home' where could could go several times a week, get to know the staff etc, and this guy was making me feel very unwelcome. This happened each time we went in and he was there.

On the last visit, we got a double treat. Captain irritable was there, and he had a female sidekick. She seemed friendly enough, but as the night got towards 8-8:30ish they started clowning around with each other (which normally I don't mind, I like people who are fun) but this lady was just cackling like a hyena. I mean LOUD. So loud it would break you out of whatever you were doing. Loud enough that it practically drove us right out of the establishment and definitely seemed to exceed the limits of basic professionalism (and I have a pretty low standard for that... I'm not expecting white gloves and bowties here...)

So, we left, and I was sad because I really did like a lot of things about the place and it's close to home. I'm not saying we'll never go back, or that those of you who review this should avoid the place, but I would say to the owner, should he/she ever read this... get more employees like your new girl. She seems to enjoy people and interacts with others well. You can have the best coffee in the world, but in the end business is all about interacting with people and making them feel welcome.

Love it because it’s close enough and good drinks! I will say that my drinks are always very sweet and the syrup isn’t stirred in the iced drinks, other than that it’s my go to place!

Much like a star bucks but at least usually this one is a little quieter.

Great coffee and teas. Lots of space for studying, writing, meeting. Beautiful fireplace. Friendly staff. Eco friendly which is a big plus for me. Good access for wheelchairs too.

I was hoping for a breakfast sandwich with no meat, as I am a vegetarian. They were out. I was patient and understanding. I asked for the bacon sandwich, but the bacon removed. They were unable to do this, saying they cannot alter sandwiches in any way, but that I could take it off on my own. Still, I didn't mind that, I just asked that I take it off before it is heated, because melted cheese makes it nearly impossible. This was against policy. Really Caribou? What kind of policy is this?! Especially if YOU are out of the meatless sandwiches. Terrible customer service
