Caribou Coffee

I like this coffee shop. Fast service with friendly employees. Great selection of drinks and food. There’s a drive through for convenience as well.

I really appreciate this little place. Honestly the coffee is not my favorite but I dig the matcha coolers when it's hot and the service, cleanliness, vibe and the just plain Joy that is brought by every single employee here can't be beat and That makes the Caribou Coffee on 120th and Federal simply Priceless.

The friendliest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. They can make anything you request, and they don’t have an attitude. The workers were experienced, and the place is never super crowded. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast burrito is good. My friend said the coffee is a little bitter, but they still liked it.

My favorite coffee place. I've been going to this location for almost 3 years now. After trying their coffee I would rather drive 10min then go to a Starbucks that is closer. They are always friendly and fun even during COVID. You get your coffee and pastry quickly. The points add up quickly for a free drink or upgraded size drink and I have never not been asked if I'm a member. The team here is the best of other competitors and other Caribou locations I have been to.

Waffle sandwich was surprisingly very good wasn't warmed up enough but good flavor coffee is wonderful

This used to be my favorite place to come and work because it was quiet and relaxing, however, I'm on the search for a new place after the experience I had today. The coffee is still great, and the staff are friendly, but if you want a quiet place to work and study, the workers there make it almost impossible. The entire time I was there (about two hours) the staff were yelling and, eventually, they started blasting their own music, singing, and dancing around. Granted they didn't have any costumers waiting on drinks, there were still quite a few of us sitting inside trying to work. Really bummed but I think I'll just go elsewhere from now on.

Met a friend there for a visit, it's a nice place with more room than most and the big comfy chairs by the fireplace are great to sit back in and chat. Coffee was great and Haven made me exactly what I asked for. I asked for a hot drink that tasted like an Almond Joy and she delivered! Haven was nice to speak with and genuinely wanted to make sure that I got what I had asked for. It was a great experience all around and I will certainly be back.

This location off 120th has the worst service of ANY business I've ever been to. I ordered a mint condition, a souffle, and a campfire mocha. I was prompt with my app and was told they could not scan it but they took my phone number. I paid for my purchase and after a few minutes the girl opens the window and hands me a cup full of whipped cream with a dog biscuit in the middle then closed the window. I waited until she came back, and she came back with an attitude. I asked her what she handed me and where my order was. She rudely stated that was my pup cup and that IT was my order. When I told her that was not what had I ordered she turned around and told the guy who was working with her to help me because she didn't understand me! I did finally get what I ordered but never got any points. I usually spend about $50 a week at caribou, mostly at the Golden location by Colorado mills. I haven't been back to any location since. I miss my 'bou though.

This is my favorite place for a coffee drink! The baristas are always pleasant and friendly. If you use the drive through there is never a long wait. Also, if you bring your own mug you get ten cents off your drink! My favorite coffee here is the Campfire Mocha with your choice of chocolate (white, milk or dark).
