Caribou Coffee

The coffee and service here is impeccable. Not only do they make excellent coffee, but their manager Brent was about the nicest and friendliest person I’ve met. He was kind and warm to my son and I, and even played Spider-Man with him at the counter as we were paying. Big friendly smiley and just kind soul. This will definitely be the caribou we come back to.

my favorite coffee! i love coming here because i have always gotten great service and a really good drink every time (i get the iced vanilla latte!!).
definitely would not recommend to people who love strong coffee, where as caribou doesn’t have very strong coffee (that i know of) but i would totally try it. you never know you may love it!!!

Can have slow service depending on who is working but good coffee. Friendly employees and I enjoy the app.

Waited 15 minutes for drive-thru order at 1:30 on a weekday. There was no one in front of me and the store wasn't busy. The worst part is the workers were inside goofing around without one iota of communication to people in line (me and many other cars behind me). I ended up giving up and leaving.

Caribou has the best coffee around in my honest opinion. I don't go to Starbucks anymore because caribou is just better and a little more affordable which is a huge bonus! If you want a dessert coffee drink, try the campfire mocha with white chocolate or milk chocolate. They are both yummy!

The staff is always friendly and there are many drink and food options. They offer different types of chocolate for drinks that have it as well. Quite a few milk options also. It can get busy, but most of the time there is no line.

This is by far my favorite spot around. I've tried all the local coffee shops and the chains and while this one is a chain it has a local feel and the staff treats you like friends and family.
Jess and Jordan can whip you up a great handcrafted coffee. It's great when you see thier employees genuinely love working there. Like Aaron for example is always happy get some coffee going for you. And the fresh brews are always great. I also enjoy the mint tea. My favorite item on the breakfast menu is the chicken apple sausage.

Much better than Starbucks for a cup of straight-up coffee. haven't tried the espresso drinks, not really my bag. staff friendly, atmosphere good.

I'm partial to taking a bag of ground beans home with me for the french press.

This Caribou coffee location is worth driving out of my way for . Specifically for two individuals that have customer services skills and are so good and treating their customers as VIP's... Brent and Marcus, personable and fun!! They seem to really enjoy their interactions with customers and it reflects in the service I receive!! Thank you both!!

It's caribou. Nothing special nothing horrible. Good coffee and alright breakfast options.
