Caribou Coffee

Really inviting and cozy space. Very friendly staff and a good rewards program. Plenty of inside and outside seating. I really like the coffee & their food is also excellent. Good central location for anyone from Westminster, Broomfield or Arvada. Sometimes their lines are long, as there are usually only 1 or 2 servers at the counter.

Very clean and well kept shop. Nice decorations and cozy atmosphere. Has plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. Quick service. Coffee was really good!

Nice place, they generally do a good job of keeping the place pretty clean and the staff is nicer here than a lot of places. Even when it is packed it is still quite enough to talk to someone or get work done. The parking lot is a lot fuller now with all the new shops but it still seems you can always find a spot pretty close.

Easily the best coffee & breakfast sandwiches in the area. We've been visiting this location for years. Always friendly staff. Coffee always hot & full flavored; not overly sweet like how some other big chains make their coffee.

Good coffee. Better than other chains which shall remain nameless. This particular Caribou gets fairly crowded and can be a little too noisy to work. Over all I end up here two or three times a month.

First time at a Caribou coffee and was not happy with the customer service. Literally waited 15 minutes for my tea and girlfriend's black coffee. They even asked a lady before me who just got there what they ordered and made it for them. And when I went to ask, it took 2 seconds to pour. Not even an apology! I've worked customer service for years, so it means something when I have to write a review about a place. The extra star is for the product.

Awesome as always! Tonight I was wowed by the stellar customer service that Mack and Ana provided tonight! This is the best location to grab coffee whether it is morning, noon, or night! Stop by and get all your coffee needs from them!

It's hit and miss with friendly staff. When I ask for dark roast coffee, they sneak me a medium instead thinking I won't notice. Of course I do, but don't make a big deal of it. That is an insult to a true coffee consumer. I know my coffee. I recommend local coffee shops that are more considerate and consistent in customer service.

Really great experience but two of the baristas were obviously in a relationship making them very distracted and got my order totally wrong. I believe their names were Hannah and Runner, although kind of cute I don’t care about that I literally just wanted my drink. So maybe try not to put them on the same shift next time.

Best coffee shop around the area. Drinks are consistent in taste every time. Staff are super friendly and will remember your name. It's expensive, like all coffee now days, but I highly recommend Caribou to anyone.
