BOMB Pizza

Was traveling through town a few months back and had a stay over in Trinidad. Chose the Mighty Miner to go. It was amazing. I get local pizza whenever I travel and have found some gems but after much consideration, I do think this was my favorite (so far). So very good. I think of it fondly, frequently. Hope to have it again someday!

Used to look forward to eating here Everytime we come through town. Sadly its not so great anymore. Ordered black olives got mushrooms. Crust was black! Completely burned and bitter.

This little place will blow your mind! We visited from Texas and found this little joint on the side of the road. The smell of the wood burning oven was AMAZING. The pizza was fresh and tasted great.

This pizza is bomb for sure!! Staying in town for a night and placed a pick up order online which was super easy. Unique place I’ll recommend to anyone in the area :)

What an awesome pie. I wrote up from Santa Fe New Mexico just to get a little bit of time on my bike. Decided I didn't want to go out anywhere to eat and ordered a pizza from these guys. All I can say is simply phenomenal. Absolutely delicious. I come up here two or three times a year just for a little Joyride and from now on when I do. I know what I'm having for dinner

We were debating on what to eat and I am always ready to try pizza baked in a brick oven. The calzone was delicious, meaty, hot and delicious . The salad was so good and crisp and there is no skimping on ingredients with the dressing. My husband had the soprano pizza and even tho we waited a little longer than anticipated, and he was tired and getting impatient, he could not put it down once we got to the hotel room and he opened the box. Everything was delicious and worth every extra minutes it takes.

Use to love it.
Last order had raw toppings on what seemed a recycled cheese pizza. Said they would make it right, then closed down.

Nice staff, very cool vibes, and great pizza. It is expensive tho!

Delicious! Got the gluten free truffle pie and the Buffalo chicken pizza. They were so good and the staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!!!

God awful lack of business integrity. Ordered 2 hours in advance for a scheduled order at 8pm. Order did not arrive by 8:15 despite being 2 minutes away. When I called the owner insisted that the driver had delivered to the unit we're renting despite my family sitting in the living room with full view of a glass door the entire time we were waiting. Owner insisted on coming to look for it himself, apparently in all of my naivety I may have missed it sitting in full view of the door. When he got here he insisted that some mystery person from one of the unoccupied units in the fenced in building had stolen it, which was obviously my fault. He then, reluctantly, 45 minutes post delivery time stated that he would go remake the order and deliver it after one other delivery. As any sane person would, I requested a refund instead, he stated he wasn't going to argue with me. As of now 8:51, I'm still hungry. The pizza may be bomb- I genuinely have no idea. I wish when I had issues at work I could just throw my hands up, shout "best I can do!" and back completely out of the situation but so far but patients don't really love that.
