BOMB Pizza

So, the location and setup of this place is a bit odd, but I have to say that the pizzas we tried were excellent. We had the "Piggy Pie" and the "Mighty Miner" and frankly I expected the Piggy Pie to be my favorite. Had we only ordered the Piggie Pie I would've been perfectly happy, it's a delicious pizza and was well-made, cooked perfectly. The Mighty Miner was WAY better, to my taste (and to my surprise!) It has a great balance between the cheese and meat, delightfully spice and a very distinctive pizza. When we're in town again we'll definitely try more off this menu!

Outstanding pizza here, all the flavors are on point, and the crust is perfection. Quality wood fired oven pizzas are tough to find for me, but this one was great! Additionally, the service was very quick and friendly, with an easily accessible location.

I actually had a multi cheese stromboli. It was so big that it took me 2 days to finish all of the leftovers. It was incredibly delicious!
UPDATE: Went back again while visiting Trinidad. I met the owner, Scot, who was very friendly & full of information about the place, oven, construction, etc. All of our calzones were excellent (to die for, really) again!

This place is indeed The Bomb. Napoli style pizza with an amazing crust, baked in a real Italian wood fired brick oven. I had anchovies and mushrooms! OMG! THE BOMB! Highly recommended!

Some of the best pizza I have had and the owner is true pizza guy. Can't wait for the next time for another pizza.

Really disappointed by my experience :( I ordered the Piggy Pie and a salad. The delivery was almost 20 minutes late, extremely strange and unorganized, then when I finally sat down to eat I discovered the pizza was severely burnt. The salad was okay, but I was hoping for more.

Wooden baked pizza, freshly made dough, best-in-class locally sourced cheese.

Ordered chicken wings, turns on to be baked and not deep fried. A healthy version. Juicy and flavourful without any sauces.

This pizza is bomb, totally worth any wait. Staff is fun and owner (or whoever was running kitchen) is super friendly. I’m glad I made this stop on my venture in Trinidad and you will be too so make it happen otherwise you missing out! I’ve already downed two slices in writing this….lol just saying!

I was disappointed with this pizza place. I ordered 2 pizzas and a Milordo Piadina that you see below. I was given a pick up time of 714 but my order was not ready until 7:31. I spent 54.85 that included a tip and as you can see my 16$ Milordo Piadina Is burnt. Sadly we won’t be spending any more money here.

After a 10hr drive from Dallas this place hit the spot. This beats some of our favorite pizza places back home. Definitely going to return. They are also very dog friendly. Our Dobbie got a large "puperoni" from the staff. Great food Great staff worth every penny!
