BOMB Pizza

Traveling from Phoenix to northern Colorado and spent the night in Trinidad. Needed dinner delivered to our hotel room and the Bomb Pizza had flyers in the lobby. Our order was delivered in less than 30 minutes on a busy Friday night at prime time. The order was filled correctly. Their Neapolitan Margherita pizza was AMAZING! I never expected a high level artisan pizza from a place that serves up a huge variety of traditional pizzas. Unexpected gem. And the Mediterranean salad - also special. Crisp, cold, loaded. After 11 hours on the road this meal was the perfect end to a long day.

Cute little set up of food truck style trailers for pizza and coffee. I ordered the Margherita pizza and enjoyed it, but my boyfriend ordered a pizza with different toppings and his pizza turned out gummy and mushy. The service was friendly, might try a coffee here next time I visit Trinidad, but not sure if I'll go for the pizza again.

Ordered the Cheese Steak pizza, and the Out Of Towner, and the Mediterranean salad.
First. the cheese steak pizza is SUPER TASTY!!!
Second, when I placed my order for the Out Of Towner, I added sausage. When it arrived it was missing the spinach and sausage.
I called, and yall took great care of me. 20 minutes later a fresh pizza with all of it's ingredients was in my hands.
And man.that spinach hits so good with the sausage in the OOT pizza.

Oh yeah, the Mediterranean salad was delicious as well.

Delicious food. Love the crust. And the wings are just amazingly delicious. Fast delivery with the best delivery driver. Patches is his name and delivering pizza is his game. I will definitely order from them every time I visit my home away from home. I love Trinidad.

So I stopped in for a pizza and ordered the BBQ Brisket pizza. The young Gentleman that took my order was friendly and was great to meet and order with. While waiting for my pizza I was told that a topping to my pizza had run out and asked if I wanted a substitute for it I asked for bell peppers and they did. Got the pizza back to my hotel room and found that the cheese was barely melted there was no BBQ sauce and that the crust on the bottom of the pizza was so thin that when I tried to eat the pizza everything just fell off. I then put the pizza in the microwave to try to melt the cheese more and it unfortunately didn't work too well. It could have been just an off day but I was left disappointed with it.

We stopped off here for a quick dinner on our way to Fort Garland and we're glad we did. Great vibe, great pizza, and great people.

Outstanding customer service personable and quick. Nothing is a problem, I asked for vegan so they custom made me one, the wood fired oven and fresh ingredients make for great pizza . The welcoming great service make for a great experience. A first choice. This update is 2 years later l as I haven't been to Trindad in 2 years if year's if anything they have improved. Hand tossed dough, Scott(the owner ) super, as is his crew the ambience is good service and food excellent first choice anywhere.

Really enjoyed this spot for dinner. The location is an old gas station building. There are two food truck style buildings that are the pizza joint. You order at one and they prepare your meal in the other. The cashier was very nice and helpful. They have a multitude of canned beverages, Italian soda and coffee. I didn't see any beer or alcohol options. Pizza recipes are artisan and unique, Brick oven cooked, and delicious. There is outdoor seating available with umbrellas. It was a cool night so we were able to move tables inside the garage area. Everyone enjoyed the meal. I would recommend you giving this pizza stop a visit.

Amazing coffee and Pizza! Don’t let the location discourage you, its very cool what they’ve done with the old Gas Station.

The Piggy Pie and American pizzas were out of this world, so were the Cappuccinos and Lattes. If you haven’t tried this place I highly recommend you do!

We got the American - (pepperoni)...it’s my husband’s favorite.

Delicious! Crust is cooked perfectly. The sauce is fresh and flavorful. Excellent quality mozzarella.

The owner is super nice!
