Really good food! Had the Spanish omelette with a pancake. I expected the pancake to be small, but it was huge! Couldn't even begin to finish it. Very good service, but very busy. Seemed a bit under staffed for a Saturday morning.

Food was good and menu had a variety of items to choose from. Portions are pretty good size. They serve breakfast and lunch. Only ate breakfast there. Waitresses very friendly. Good service and food was brought out in a timely fashion. Most days the restaurant was busy., but didn't have to wait long.

This restaurant was excellent! We got there early and beat the breakfast rush. The food was great and the service was good, too. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been going here for years, whether it is calling for to-go orders or stopping by for a quick meal......With that, my experience this morning bothered me. I called about 10 times to place an order to pick up which is what I normally do ALL THE TIME. Finally after about 35 mins of waiting and continuously calling, someone picks up and says they do not take orders over the phone...since when!? If I could give this 0 stars, I would. That overcame every good experience I had at this restaurant. VERY disappointed

Most excellent food and service! My whole family comes every time we're in town!

On our last day in Pagosa Springs, we wanted a good breakfast. Cafe Colorado delivered! Eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, strawberry covered waffles, omelettes - we had it all and enjoyed it immensely. The pancakes are very big and filling, so if you're on the fence about getting one or two, you'll probably just need one.

Great food and service in a bright atmosphere. Portions way bigger than they should be - charge a buck or 2 less and cut back on portion size.

Everytime I'm in Pagosa Springs, I make sure I stop here! The food has always been great and the portions are certainly more than you're paying for. You cannot get around the excellent service here either. I recommend you come and try a piece of Southern Colorado.

Excellent food and service with a bit of a wait to get in.

Small town Cafe food. My sandwich was great. Love the fresh hatch chilies on it. Wait staff was friendly helpful.
