Cafe Colorado

My first impression was a quaint little restaurant with friendly staff. I had the croissant breakfast sandwich which came with hash browns. I didn’t even touch the hash browns because the sandwich was so big! One egg would have been enough as well. Hubs ordered the traditional 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns and English muffin. He ate everything! He did say he should have gotten onion in the hash browns. We did have to use the restroom at Walmart afterwards but that could have been from anything. The breakfast sandwich was great and the service superb.

1st time here. Ordered Eggs ranch style. Was ok.. The waitress didn't ask how was meal or even fill my water. Price was ok. $10.ish. good atmosphere and was busy.

Large menu with pretty good food... service was lil slow and didn't remove ingredient requested.... overall good breakfast place!

I got the country Benedict which is one of my favorites. If you are in the mood, you should try it. Good high altitude hangover cure..

We went on a Sunday morning so it was very busy. The food wasn't bad. But it took forever to even get waited on. We sat for at least 25 minutes before our waitress came to take our order. When we got our food, most of our order was right, but not all of it, so we just ate and didn't complain as we had already been there for almost an hour.

Great breakfast / brunch.
Good menu variety & everything we ordered (party of 6) looked & tasted good!

The corned beef hash was good.
The bacon was excellent!

First time visit. Never been to this part of Colorado. Ordered the 4egg omelette w/ no jalapenos, noticed peppers and mushrooms were towards one edge of omelette. The waitress brought coffee when I didn't order it and my guest added spinach to her omelette and the upcharge was a bit expensive of $2.25 just for a lil spinach on the omelette.

I had high hopes for all the yummy menu items. But nothing seemed fresh or flavorful. Good service.

Great place for breakfast. Friendly staff. Love the decor on the wall. Big portions. I will come back when i am in town. Great prices.

Never disappointed with anything at Cafe Colorado. The waitstaff, the food, the cleanliness, the portions & prices are always first class.
