Food hits the spot! Amazing unique choices for breakfast.. cheese enchiladas topped with egg and green chili sauce, which is to die for! Breakfast bowls are also sure to please anyone!
The only thing even better than the food is the wonderful staff. They welcome us very genuinely and treat us like family every time , no matter how busy they are! Our little boy has strict food allergies and they always take an extra moment to listen and are happy to make customized suggestions for him to be able to enjoy with us!
We look forward to breakfast here first thing every year! Thank you to all of the angels at Cafe Colorado!

Don’t eat here!!!!The omelette was gross w a piece of processed cheese on the top. I took one bite. Told the waitress the “ churrizo” was bad, they charged me for it anyway. By the time I got butter instead of country crock margarine the pancake was cold. They charged me even though I didn’t eat ANYTHING. Even after I told the check out girl the food was horrible.

My family and I stopped in for lunch after a long drive from Phx. The staff was supercool and the food was delicious. I had a Patty Melt on sourdough that was awesome. I almost ordered a second to go. Thanks for making our visit to CO that much better.

Had 2 egg scramble with mushroom tomato, and bacon. I loved it. Enjoyed coffee. Service was excellent. Plan on going again tomorrow morning.

Excellent service and great food! The prices are affordable and you won't leave hungry or dissapointed!
Yesterday, for breakfast, my son and I enjoyed perfectly cooked 3 egg omelettes stuffed with cheddar and ham (they did not skimp on the ham either!) and hashbrowns. My son's came with an amazing (giant) pancake and mine came with a fluffy (giant) biscuit per our own choices. My daughter enjoyed a full platter of fluffy biscuits smothered in perfectly made gravy with sausage bits. We were stuffed and all had leftovers! (Breakfast pics below!)
Today, my son and I had perfectly cooked, thick burgers with fresh onion, lettuce, and tomatoes plus steak fries. My daughter had the kid's chicken strips with fruit bowl. (We were so excited to eat, I forgot to take a pic before we started. The only pic I got was of 1/2 a cheeseburger & some fries. Pic below.)
We visit Pagosa Springs every year and this is now one of our "can't miss", favorite places to eat.

We just had lunch here less than a hour ago. Super pleasant staff and the food was Delicious! My compliments to the Chef as they didn't mind making my cheeseburger low carb by not serving the bread. The weirdest thing was a older couple across from us who's wife obviously never saw a bunless burger...in her...life! As she continued to stare and make stank faces when looking at my plate the entire time I was eating. Guess some people forget there is a such thing as manners...even at her age.

4 for Brunch, busy place, but well worth the short 20 minute wait. The food was fabulous and on point. Highly recommend

This place has great food and the best part is the people working there. We visited during ski season and had breakfast around 1030 and the place was still busy however we were greeted as soon as we arrived and i really enjoyed the special that had some tasty french toast. If you are in a hurry you mine as well go to McDonalds. This town is all about taking your time and coming from Phoenix this was very nice.

The staff works together as a team. Meals are good portions, taste is good. Pricing is good. Large groups may have to wait, mostly booths or 4 person tables. No complaints.
