The staff was fast and courteous! The food was delicious, coffee was great. Thank you for having gluten free options!

The service was top notch and the stuffed sopapilla with chorizo, smothered in green Chile and red sauce did not disappoint!

This was my first visit. Angela provided great service which is always appreciated. My Ultimate Turkey Sandwich was delicious!!! I loved the spice from the green chile.

Giving this a 4 star and that is based on great service. On this particular occasion my omellete was way over cooked. Rubbery texture. I didnt complain as we were busy and just needed something quick to eat. I would bet if I mentioned it to the server she would have rectified the problem. Overall very reasonable prices and clean...just had a shabby omelette.

If you are visiting Pagosa Springs, you need to grab breakfast (or any meal) at Colorado Cafe!
Great prices, and great food. My son had French toast, and he was in LOVE. He kept asking for it every day we were in town.
My hubby had steak and eggs breakfast. He was satisfied with the size of steak me got, and how perfect it was cooked. I had a little bit of everything - eggs, sausage patties, country potatoes, toast, hot tea, pancake. Everything was amazing.

Their hours are short, but the food is good!
The best french fries EVER!

We ate here three times for breakfast while on vacation and really liked the food and coffee. But what stood out the most for us was the staff. They were very friendly and very attentive. This was probably the only place (besides 2 of our other favs) that the people working here were friendly every time!
Also, thank you again to the young girl working there who gave my son $0.50 from the register so he could smash his penny in the machine ! 😉

Great breakfast joint. Always get both the red and green chili xmas style!

Cafe Colorado serves generous portions of good tasting food and beverages. The server(Angela) was polite, put our orders into the system right and was attentive. The cost for three meals and beverages is worth it.

Best breakfast we had in pagosa! We would definitely recommend.
