I’m visiting from Chicago and saw a full menu online. I tried to order over the phone and got hung up on. I walked down to the restaurant to order take out in person. The server that came up was short with me, and when I tried to order things off the online menu he told me I was wrong and handed me a much more limited menu that was not available online. Bad vibes especially for a place called good karma lol.

Absolutely loved my time at Good Karma. I am a big fan of niche coffee shops. This gem has a great atmosphere, delicious coffee, beautiful plants, and great people. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The barista, Kaelynn, was so sweet and brought such good energy. Good Karma is such a lovely place to sit back with a yummy cup of coffee and enjoy the chill energy. I cannot wait to go back! Definitely recommend. (Also, it’s super hard to find Lavender flavors— but Good Karma has multiple options. I tried Lavender Love and Purple Haze, absolutely amazing!!)

Cinnamon roll baked by the owners wife. Owner was walking around serving food and talking to the patrons. Cinnamon roll had to be the best I've ever had in Colorado. Staff was great and friendly and the place was clean and lovely. Didn't have anything off the food menu but other people had food that looked delicious. Will be back!

Second time here, trying to give them a second chance from my last trip.. the coffee is not good. I make better at home and especially for the price and the walk to it.. no ice in my coffee. When I ask for specifics on my coffee it seems to irritate the "barista" and it turns out gross.
I'm also confused why the front door says masks required but the employees/owner don't wear them???? ** I'm not a mask person myself but common sense if you run a place people consume foods and drinks at..
People, read the other reviews and see how the owner responds and treats people.. his is that considered "good karma" DON'T LET THE NAME TRICK YOU

Food great, good pricing, fairly slow service due to lack of staff. Cool interior, no one playing the keyboard that was out, or the piano, with great windows outside.

After "The incline" I went to this place to have some brunch. It's a small place but well maintained. I ordered coffee and "Breakfast your way" the only choice of meat was pork, no chicken or tofu as alternative. The food and coffee was good.

I had already given up on Good Karma awhile ago due to slow/poor customer service. However, I decided I would give them another chance because I had received a gift certificate for Christmas. I called ahead an order (at 11:45 to be exact) and I was told it would be about 15 minutes. Knowing how slow they are, I gave them an extra 10 minutes before I arrived. I got to good karma at 12:10 and there was no one ahead of me in line for to go orders. They were moderately busy, with maybe 5 tables full, nothing too insane. i waited for over 15 minutes, and still didn't even get helped. All I had to do was pick up an order, if one of the employees would have simply asked I could have been in and out of there in minutes. The customer service is majorly lacking. They're always short staffed and inefficient. I quite literally have never had a pleasant experience there. I work in Manitou in customer service, and I understand there will be off days and things go wrong. But it's every single time. The sad thing is, it's a cute place and the food is good. I want to support local, but I'll never be recommending them or going there again. The new management hasn't changed anything from what I've experienced.

This place is awesome! They can accommodate large or small groups. Great food and unbelievable Coffee! Clean environment with a beautiful piano that is available to any skilled musician. The owner Rey is a great guy! Stop by Good Karma in Manitou Springs :)

Great breakfast..best coffee in town..great music. Owners were the kindest AND they opened on time (seems to be rare in this little town). Our last stop on our vacation and well worth it

The Mobile Prepper

The food was really good. The coffee was billed as amazing but it was average.
The food I ordered was suppose to be vegan but the eggs and cheese tasted real. I didn't pursue it. It tasted amazing and if the coffee was better I would throw in another star.
