My daughter and I loved this place! Great atmosphere—very relaxing (enjoyed live music when we visited). My daughter enjoyed the unique coffee flavors—and I loved the spicy chai tea. The staff was friendly and very helpful!
Will definitely go back!

LOVE THIS PLACE! They used to have phenomenal cheese cake bites and now when I go they never have them. The food is great and the service is amazing. People are friendly and the muffins are the best muffins I have ever had! I recommend this place to everyone anytime they ask for a good coffee shop. Keep up the good work!

We walked in to a wonderful atmosphere! Ray and his trainee greeted us promptly and asked that we find a seat. The staff is friendly and attentive (even the kitchen staff came out to say hello and check on us). The food is wonderful! Highly recommended!

Coffee was delicious but the customer service was terrible. The 2 main individuals rushed our orders, made off-putting comments, and were generally extremely rude. If you are only going for coffee and not food, don’t expect to be able to sit and chat inside; they will ask you to move several times for no apparent reason. When we inquired about the bad attitude, the response was “what’s your deal?” so we left. The younger barista woman was very kind but we will not be going back.

I highly recommend this little place, I was visiting from South Carolina and it felt like home. Good vibes, good people, food was amazing and I will definitely be going back next time I visit. If you're looking for breakfast or lunch before or after shopping, STOP HERE and enjoy!

I’m giving this establishment 2 stars because my breakfast tasted good however, my wife’s breakfast was cold. The woman who waited on us was very sweet but unfortunately we had to watch three tables sit down and order after us and receive their breakfast before us. When my wife and I tried to order the same special we were told they only had one left and my wife ordered something else. Then we overheard the waitress say she needed one of the two meals they had left, so we’re not sure why we were told there was only one. After an hour of waiting for our breakfast they said they would take care of us. I explained at the cash register what we had and what didn’t come out with the meal because they forgot our toast but the owner didn’t care. He said “I’m giving you a major discount ok!” and took $5 off of our meal. I understand that things happen but there’s no need to give attitude after you make the mistake and give poor service. I’m just disappointed.

The brunch menu is a little small but packed with good options for both the hearty and healthy connoisseur. The service was warm and welcoming with the pleasant aftertaste of very reasonable prices. Vegan options, gluten free options, meat lover options, organic and local sources and a smattering of brunch-themed cocktails; genuinely something for everyone here.

Did I just give this place a straight 10/10 in every category? Wow.... I did.

Terrible, I can't even rate the food or the drinks. We arrived because of the reviews. The man working the cash register and making drinks appeared to be under a lot of stress and was swamped, which is fine we are tourists, he tells us to be patient as soon as we walked in. My parents sat down and we waited with everyone else in line. We asked for a food menu so we can check it out while we wait. He immediately says that he can't hear us, okay no worries the coffee machine is on, we'll wait. We are standing looking at the wall menu just waiting quietly with the others in line. The man rudely says to sit down or else I won't serve you. We told him we were just waiting in line, no reason to be rude. We decide to leave and he continues to waive both his arms saying "Byeeeee" like he could care less for our business. He also had been really rude to the lady in front of us who asked for assistance with her takeout meal. His behavior tainted our good mood for this morning. He made this place "Bad Karma". Thank goodness for The Cliffhouse. Go there if you want great 5 star service!
