Ordered through the grub hub app. A ham and cheese omelet. 30 mins later grub hub called me that don’t have omelettes and the menu is wrong on grub hub. I can clearly see that they have omelettes on their menu.
Guess they do not want my money or business,
It was a normal weekday 11 am opening, I’m
Sure they were not busy.
Please get what you offer me grub hub straight.

I really enjoyed their iced coffee and burrito. Their menu is captivating, showing multiple, delicious options, especially vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. The only reason I give a 4 star is that their menu deceives those that are vegan. Their vegan options on their menu state that they are vegan when in reality, they are actually vegetarian. They were able to accommodate changes to their food for dietary restrictions. Otherwise, good place for coffee, baked goods, breakfast and lunch. Definitely recommend to visit.

Owner wasn't too friendly. The server was friendly but our food took over an hour to get on the table. I had the incline and my eggs were over cooked. My wife had the pueblo and her chile was extremely watery. Nobody kept us updated on why our food took so long or a "Sorry for the wait" or anything. People were sat and ate their food and left and others were sat and got food. I know it took over an hour for the food because the parking meter asked to charge us again. Would not go back.

The BEST breakfast I’ve ever had. The smoked trout Benedict is like no other. The trout, house smoked to perfection. Flaky and moist with a pure smoky flavor. Purple onions and spinach so fresh the spinach had no spots and the onions were juicy and flavorful. Now to the eggs, poached to a soft and gooey perfection. The English muffin was lightly toasted where it was soft and easy to cut, but still perfectly crisp. I also Highly recommend the ginger tea for a spicy kick that is sure to have you feeling warm and well. The most important part is the warm energy and relaxing vibrations the space has. Do not come here if you are in a hurry, you simply won’t have the same magical experience. This is a place to sip and enjoy the atmosphere, the art on the walls, and the occasional pianist.

As always this place was awesome! Food is great and the flavors are delicious.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere really fun and creative with live music in the afternoon. This is a wonderful, welcoming place. We will definitely be back when in Manitou Springs!
I left my new, expensive sunglasses at the restaurant and the owner, Ray, went beyond and above and shipped them for me to IL. Grateful!!

Management changed summer 2015 and the service and food have gone downhill since. I used to be a regular and will not go back. The menu has been downgraded to simple plates and no specials. The food used to be local and fresh, but now it seems like the food is from Costco.

There used to be a friendly vibe in the place, but the three times I have been in there since management changed, I have been greeted with scowls, snippy attitudes, and impersonal service. Also, well behaved kids are completely unwelcome now.

All, but one, of the previous servers left when management changed. I witnessed the new manager screaming at a server and that was the last straw. No way will I support a place that treats their employees that way and acts like customers are an inconvenience.

There used to be two couches and a private area with a large table to have meetings. Now the couches have been removed and the large table has been put in their place. A piano used to be near the front and people would come in and play all the time. Now if you so much as look at the piano, the new management comes over and basically shoves you away from it.

I would recommend skipping this expensive and rude brunch shop and going elsewhere.

The owner Ray was amazing and very friendly, coffee was great, atmosphere and artwork 10/10. Did encounter very rude customers that came into the shop and threw a fit about kitchen being closed at its usual time and flipped the owner off, he handled it maturely unlike the old childish customers.

DON'T GO unless you want to be treated like garbage. The man seating us was EXTREMELY RUDE. He must have been the owner. I politely asked is if there was a table available and he said if I was patient there will be one soon. When he sat us down I again politely asked for a few menus. He got so upset, told me I need to "calm down and relax" as things are done slowly here. I was relaxed and in no rush, and I was so appalled by this demand. He then said in a sarcastic, angry manner, "is there anything else you need?!" When we said "no," he yanked the chair out out from the table forcing us to sit down. The only reason we stayed was because there was no other option. I in no way deserved that kind of treatment. I am a nice person who takes care of servers. I have never been treated this way in a restaurant. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole state of Colorado as it was my last day traveling. Owner also was not wearing a mask.

Good Karma is a cozy spot! A lot of other coffee shops nowadays are trying to decorate with white walls and modern, uncomfortable plastic furniture, which doesn't make it a great place to sit for awhile and do work. Good Karma is much cozier and warm in the winter when other places are not! Good food. Good coffee (the drip coffee isn't super expensive like a lot of other places!). Nice owner. Seems like a great "locals spot."
