Edgewater Cafe

Very underwhelming experience to say the least. We were expecting to have the variety of food listed on their menu/website, yet we were limited to their buffet. For the amount of money we paid, food was cold and service wasn’t great.

Bad bad bad. How do u screw up breakfast? Waited 25 mins to get someone to take our order. Overpriced tasteless food and bad service. $60 bill for 4. We stayed in the condos and had a great time here in Keystone. I would think and expect that the owners and keystone lake association would demand better service and food from the restaurants representing their investments. Hoping for better food choices the next time we visit.

We have ate here multiple times and the service is amazing. We are greeted by friendly staff who take the time to ask about our stay and give tips on places to see/go. My husband and I love the eggs bededict, but everything we have tried has been great. Five plus stars!

My friend and I went for lunch and she ordered the grilled cheese sandwich. The bread was not grilled and they did not use butter to make the "grilled" cheese. The bread looked at though they threw it in the pan and flipped it once and called it good. It looked like a BLT minus the bacon.
When we brought it to the attention of the waitress, she acted as if we were in the wrong for questioning why the sandwich was not an actual grilled cheese. She stated that she could ask "them" to put butter on the bread.
Needless to say, my friend lost her appetite and they have lost our business. I even called them in the morning to speak to a Manager but had to leave a message. I made several more calls during their business hours and every time I got the voicemail. I have yet to receive a call back.

30 minutes for chicken tenders. Incredibly slow service

Went here a couple times and had a wonderful experience on each visit. Service was friendly, quick and attentive. The view is beautiful and the food was delicious. Great place for our whole family. Highly recommend!

Great Upscale Food, Attentive Staff. Fine lunch selections featuring healthy to décadent. Andrew provided attentive service and Mike, the chef, met with us to discuss food allergies and then prepared our selections to perfection! The Bacon Bloody Mary and Mimosa were also excellent.

Most expensive basic breakfast that wasn’t even done well. Most of the food is luke-warm. Would never eat here.

Horrible service. The food was not good for the price. The gentleman, and I use the term loosely who claimed to be the manager was rude. Waited 45 minutes for sub par food. Go to Keystone several times a year but will not eat here.

Burger tasted like rotten meat. Not cooked to order. Cost is too expensive for what you get. Place was clean and staff were friendly. That is why I gave it a second star. Otherwise save your money.
