Monk & Mongoose Coffee Co

This is not my first review of Monk & Mongoose. But I feel it is time for another shout out due to the consistency of amazing lattes and customer service that continue to gravitate me to their shop! I have visited when they are highly busy or when they are "slower" and the quality of my coffee has yet to sacrificed. The staff are not only GREAT at their job but you can taste the care they put into their creations ! Highly recommend and pleased to be a consumer :)

Just moved to the area and were looking for a good local coffee shop and stumbled upon this place. It’s a good sign when there’s a good amount of people there on a Friday morning around 10am. The decor was cute and had a very good vibe. Employees seems friendly and accommodation. The coffee it self was amazing. This may be our new coffee spot.

Great coffee!!

Always excellent coffee, employees are top notch and very kind! I’ve been going to M&M since it opened and it’s one of the best shops on the South side of town. Only negative criticism concerns selling baked goods that are not fresh, which has happened the last few times in.

Wow!! First time at MM in DTC. Friday morning around 10 and already busy inside with people dressed very well ( lol) but only waited in total for like 5-10 minutes. Just ordered an iced oatmilk vanilla late and asked less sweet ( from past experiences at other coffee shops) and it was soo delicious! Definitely will be back.

Modern, chic coffee cafe. Staff was friendly, lattes were fairly quick, chocolate croissant was delicious.. overall, it was a good experience! The atmosphere was nice too. It was crowded, but wasn't too loud like some coffee shops.. and the fireplace in the back of the room is a nice cozy touch.

Everything made with care. Best matcha latte I've ever had.

Abby was Awesome and patient! She greeted us with a friendly smile and when asked for suggestions she gave us great choices! Although the coffee is good I would return based on Abby's great customer service! Try the blueberry basal Ice Tea. The blueberry flavor comes through, unique but a with a sweetness . Diana

Kind staff , great coffee, and fantastic pastries

Joined a friend for coffee. The coffee was great, and the staff was very friendly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking can be a little challenging out front, but there is a garage nearby and parking behind the coffee shop.
