Such a rad group of people working here every day we came in while in town from the high country.
Every drink we had was perfect as were the baked goods and avocado toasts!
Great attention to detail and lots of fun gifts and cards!
And love having a source for Cat & Cloud beans in Colorado!

Directions were decent, good size parking lot. 6 or so spaces. We make it a priority to support local businesses and presume a Saturday morning at 8:30am was peak busy time. Their coffee is good! Menu features a lot of toast. Overall quality was good. Small portions for the price. Either charge less or serve more. There are puzzles and chess while you wait. Biggest con was the service speed. Two orders of toast took at least fifteen minutes. IF you’re not in a hurry, ideal. If you have somewhere to be (and you order to-go) adjust your expectations.

Great vegetarian/vegan options for us while passing through on a road trip. The biscuits and gravy and the avocado toast are delicious. They have some covered outdoor seating too.

Came here with some people from my retreat and they handled us so well! The tea cake and latte I got were delicious, and I didn't even know the food was vegan! Super cool and super cool mustache and lipstick baristas 👍🏾

The different vignettes within the coffee shop are cool and offer options for small and large groups. The staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are great. I had an iced chai with oat milk and was pleased to find out that all their pastries are vegan (and some even gluten free). I also had some toast with vegan ricotta and it was delicious. The outdoor patio is cute too.

This bright and cheerful café is the go-to place place for Good Vibes which offers healthy lifestyle ingredients for the vegan.
I was offered dairy free house made ricotta cheese on the avocado toast, but opted for dairy. Drops of pesto dot the toast which adds a zesty taste. Proper proportions of chia seeds, fresh peppers, tomatoes, and truffle salt also make up ingredients on healthy bread. It was different but tasty.
They also serve “ceremonial grade” unsweetened matcha tea. I opted for oat milk with it. Very tasty.
I highly recommend this local hip café to absorb the local flavor.

This place is fantastic! Lovely eclectic atmosphere, great service, food, and coffee! Highly recommend the avacado toast (The Cheap Trick) and their mocha latte! My only complaint is the loud music! If it was turned down enough for people to read and study this place would be perfect!

Great coffee shop. Friendly service and a great place to sit and relax.

A fun and quirky coffee, sandwich and bakery shop. Not much needs to be added because this place is obviously very popular!

Now that I've gone to both Copeka coffee locations multiple times each in fact I feel that I should write my review. I truly enjoy this establishment. The staff at both locations had always been super friendly, and welcoming. I've ordered my "usual" (double shot vanilla americano w/oatmilk), cortado(sp), Chai, and Lattes from Copeka and am happy to say that they know their craft! They make a coffee/tea drink of exceptional quality and consistent flavor. I don't see them using any "recipe" books while preparing my drinks and they are not just pressing buttons to make a machine "go". When I have gone to either location, rather busy or not, I've always gotten a fabulous coffee with great service, highly recommend! Check out both locations, they both have a great vibe going on! Copeka Coffee has tamped their way into my heart!
