This is one of the best coffee (and more) shops I've ever been to in my travels around the US. Plenty of vegan options, plenty of great coffee choices & add-ons, and plenty of eclectic goods made by other artists in the area! This shop is an oasis from the cultural desert that seems to be most of GJ, with the majority of restaurants / cafés making one feel as though they could be anywhere between in the country between the east & west coasts. I wish I could spend more days here just to spend more time at Copeka, but I will undoubtedly tell everyone I know that THIS is the place to stop when passing through.

We enjoy it here more for the toys and games that kiddos can play with. I haven't had any coffee here as they don't carry a lot of flavors, but we've met friends here a few times. It's a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Just can't wait for them to get more flavors.

My go-to for vegan breakfast and amazing lattes! There is always a cozy place to sit and the employees are kind and attentive. The only sad bit is lack of outlets. Better for connecting with friends or reading a book over studying.

I absolutely love Copeka! Such a welcoming, warm environment with staff that remember who you are and what you like. Their coffee and food items are all delicious and made in-house. This place is my first go to for coffee or just to hang out!

Great cute little vegan/vegetarian place. Tons of yummy pastries. I’m from Colorado Springs so I was just here visiting and I really enjoyed this place! I got their lavender vanilla cinnamon roll and it was super yummy. Along with a hemp mocha latte YUM. Definitely recommend

Visiting from VA and I’ve been to every coffee shop in Junction and this one is by far the best! Even just the house blend was delicious!!!!

The place is hip, relaxing, modern. They know how to make an Americana

The cafe was adorable and the coffee and matcha were amazing. Unfortunately I wish I could say that for one of the staff. I have 6 years of coffee experience and I’ve never been in a coffee shop where I’ve been treated so poorly. We asked the younger barista for our order to go. Then another woman walked out to assist her and made our drinks in house. We walked up to her and stated we asked for it to go and she said with slight irritation, “oh.. I’ve just never served an espresso to go but OK.” Then proceeded to put our drinks in to go cups. She called us over to the other side of the counter and stated, “usually people who get their drinks to go come on this side of the counter.” I then stated that “we’re not from around here so” How would we know? She then asked my husband if he wanted his sparking water and he asked if he could have it to go along with his espresso and she goes, “um No.” in front of quite a few other customers. It was a little demeaning and frustrating. There are many ways to go about talking to paying customers and this was not one of those ways. If you have reasons why you chose not to allow him to have the sparkling water to go then EXPLAIN why this is something you don’t do.
