GREAT spot for a morning coffee! The staff is really helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend this coffee to anyone who loves coffee, and wants a great spot to study & meet new people

Really can't say how much I love this place. Their atmosphere inside and out is top. The community board inside gives you info not found anywhere else and the Staff has never been anything but outstanding. Now to the COFFEE! That first sip sends a jolt of lightning to the brain and gives your body a warm hug letting you know it will all be alright. Its never cold, or burnt or otherwise yucky.
Go to this place, give them money and receive happiness.

There are so many things to love about Copeka. All espresso beverages I have tried are spot on (syrups are made in house!), and all toasts and pastries (most of them vegan) are also house-made and delicious! The vibe is welcoming to *everyone* and I appreciate their effort to keep customers and staff safe during a pandemic while still making accommodations for everyone and individual preferences (indoor well-spaced seating, call in, pick up, outside seating, etc). I also really appreciate the environmental consciousness of how they do business. They are kind, work incredibly hard and treat people well. Thank you so much, Copeka Team!

This is a fun place with some good coffee. It was very popular when we stopped in.

Cute coffee shop, and delicious avocado toast, but the girl working on the espresso bar was very rude. We talked to her about my drink because it tasted like the shots were left to sit and got bitter. Instead of offering to remake it she just gave us a whole lot of attitude

This place is amazing!! This was my first time here and it was so welcoming. The woman behind the cash register was very sweet. She told us all about the concerts they have in the coffee shop, which sounds incredible and explained all the options they have. I had a hemp chai, which was very good. We were allowed to bring our outside food into the coffee shop, with great understanding. The food at Copeka Coffee looks very good, all vegan and/or vegetarian. Would definitely recommend coming here for a coffee date or just a study day. Friendly atmosphere!

Great coffee and amazing homemade vegan baked goods. The toasts on super fresh bread were really good, too.
The overall vibe of the place was relaxed and homey.
It's a welcome oasis in an otherwise bland (nonexistent) coffee scene in Grand Junction and heaven sent for those of us vegetarians looking to eat food prepared specifically for us.
This is a highly recommended destination spot, whether you're from the area or just passing through.

The americano I had was good, nothing great. I actually came in to get a hot coffee and they didn’t have that available for some reason.

Place is a whole vibe. Coffee is excellent. Toasts are inspired. Service is mad slow but who cares? Chill out and enjoy.
