The Perk Downtown

Great spot for coffee and to have a meeting of the minds! Met with a industry partner there and it was very quaint. We had coffee, sat at a table and discussed business. Lots of people coming through, some were on the go, some stayed. Very comfortable and low key.

Great atmosphere. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Upstairs lounge and patio are my favorite spots to chill.

I love this quaint coffee shop. Coffee is always amazing and fresh. Second floor is a great place to get work done. I also love the back deck on the second floor. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop for more of an authentic Colorado Springs experience. 10/10, their terimisu was pretty good as well.

Delete your doordash account if you can't take orders! Doesn't make any sense. They've canceled the order like 10 times each time I order, so definitely not ordering on doordash again.

Amazing place with friendly staff. We had a meeting and they were more than accommodating. I will definitely be back. The Dirty Chai spicey tea is absolutely amazing!!!

Great place with excellent coffee. There is a second floor that’s usually quiet and great for studying.

Normally they make delicious coffee but today I got a 16oz and it was only filled up halfway. It’s kinda pricey for it to only be filled halfway, plus it was super busy so there was a long wait. I didn’t realize until I got to work how low it was…

Baristas are not trained well. This place offers multiple sizes of a latte, throwing off all proper espresso to milk ratios. The breakfast sandwich tastes like a frozen microwaved grocery store sandwich. The coffee beans used are low quality and cheap, probably stale too. Garbage.

The service was really slow, the girl at the register was a bit sarcastic , and they got my order wrong. No biggie, BUT when I returned to the counter with my incorrect order, I noticed something. My wife and I were the only Hispanic people in the restaurant. Then I noticed that every single other customer was served with a nice plate. My wife and I were served in a brown to go box. No, I did not place my order to go. I won’t call them racists but I will say that it felt very unwelcoming. Why do 5 other tables get served on porcelain plates but I get a brown box? Why was their food taken to their table but I was called to the front to get my food? Seriously, F this place. There’s tons of better options in the area for coffee and breakfast
