The Perk Downtown

We indulged in a coffee and myself the color changing lavender tea (yes it does change colors) and with a sweet tooth craving the lemon cake is to die for. This little coffee shop has been apart of our couples dates for over 5 years now. When we visit Colorado we will always be back.

The food and libations are excellent. The service is top notch.

Not a bad place. However everything is stupid expensive. $4.75 for a slice of bannana bread or whatever same for muffins etc. $7.06 with tax for a large cappucino which is what i got, it tastes like its bitter at first than another flavor takes over. It does have two floors tho and interenet and outdoor dining.

Do not come here if you want timely service. Took over 30 min for a breakfast sandwich

The perk is one of my favorite coffee shops. The staff is wonderful and the coffee is great. The baked goods are brought in from local bakeries/shops and the atmosphere of the shop is cozy and comfortable. The music is decent as well. I always come here with my favorite person, and we're quite fond of the place.

Friendly staff, yummy (gluten free!) banana bread, great spicy dirty chai latte.

Very Bubbly baristas and his suggestions were super helpful for time visit. Food and latte was great.

Excellent flavors, great views of city & mountains when sitting outside. Great little coffee shop! Great food as well!
