The Perk Downtown

Haven't been here in years! Was my favorite spot when attending PPCC downtown campus and I think it's still my favorite spot! Prices don't seem like they changed much at all, even minus my student discount haha.

We have been obsessed with this place since we stumbled upon this gem! Everything is delicious. Run don't walk!

I like the atmosphere here. The coffee is decent, the avocado toast is delicious and reasonably priced. Their bloody Mary is pretty good but I am not a fan of any of the sandwiches I've tried.

We liked this place so much we came back for breakfast. The breakfast burrito was good but make sure you get the green chile salsa - mind blowing and makes the burrito next level. A little bird told me that the 'Irish Spring's smoothie was great both times. The buzzer was my choice and I too was a repeat customer the next morning 😉. Great place to get food, coffee, and a little work done.

I would like to find a really good local coffee shop when I'm visiting. This is my place here. Besides an excellent choice of coffee and teas. It's breakfast sandwiches are outstanding. Very friendly service they have upstairs seating. This really is one of those great coffee houses that used to go to to and unwind.

Vibe was divine my iced coffee was fantastic! Son's smoothie was like being on a tropical island! And their turnover with Turkey and ham and cheese all warm was so great!

Not much seating inside or out at The Perk Downtown... You'll most likely have to get your coffee to go. We arrived right at opening and were able to sit and enjoy a cup of hot joe and a tasty breakfast burrito.

Moved to the Springs recently and wanted to find my new go-to coffee shop with good seating and wifi, this place definitely hit the mark! They have good COVID precautions, nice seating in and outside, and their coffee and tea is good. I recommend the Thai-inspired tea with lemongrass!

Great locally owned downtown Coffee shop. Great place for casual meetings. Great menu options. They are always rotating multiple types of coffee beans and roasts. If you're a tea lover they have dozens of options for you as well. Some food is made to order, and can take a minute, but boy is it fresh! Be careful upstairs on the patio, the floor really needs to be fixed!

Awesome spot! Hubs enjoyed an oatmeal stout while I went for a latte, served in a big mug! We sat upstairs and enjoyed the view of downtown. They have military discount and free wifi!
