Great coffee, like really good coffee, wonderful people, cool space. And the best breakfast sandwiches in town.

Best coffee shop in Colorado Springs! North location is just as good as downtown.

It’s always very frustrating going in there and asking for a flat white, to be told they don’t do it, can’t do it, and that they can offer a cappuccino or latte instead.
I ask them to put it through on the till as a cappuccino and then I have to ask the barista to make the flat white (which is always an amazing one).
Please add flat white to your order menu on the till, and please educate your serving staff on what a flat white is, and that it is NOT a latte or Cappuccino! My latest experience the server had an attitude because of the flat white discussion, he then in an abrupt manner, threw the table number across the counter at me. The rest of the staff are amazing. Very good service.
My friend asked for a sandwich not buttered and they were unable to do this resulting in a wasted half eaten $12 sandwich.
Even though I’ve had a lot of bad experiences, the coffee is always the best.

I grew up in this area, and its hard coming back to a place that you used to call home. But Loyal Coffee somehow manages to make me feel welcomed and at home whenever I come by to work. The vibe is immaculate, and the food, coffee, and especially the chai latte is awesome! The owners pay very close attention to the little details like shaved fresh cinnamon on top of the chai lattes, and the decor is some of the best of any coffee shop I've been in.

Very busy as they really have nailed the hospitality thing. But my favorite spot to work when I'm in town. I remember when I came in a few days in a row and one of the employees recognized me and welcomed me back, it was really nice.

We wanted to try a local coffee place while in town for my birthday getaway. I'm glad we picked this place because the staff was very friendly and patient while my family decided on what drinks to order. Their syrups are made in house so they don't have a sugar free option, but, the cashier helped me decide on a delicious option that met my strict dietary needs. We will definitely return on our next trip to the springs area.

Go for great coffee in a great atmosphere. High end, locally roasted beans. Elevated menu with commensurate prices.

The environment is very modern and open which truly helps with productivity 👍. The upbeat cheeriness from the baristas and staff sets a positive mood; I would highly encourage coming hear to meet up with friends or to work in one of their semi-private booths.

I had the Cranberry Lavender Latte 💜, a recommendation from one of the staff, and it was delightful! Their latte is sweet and the espresso flavor can still be enjoyed!

Major downside is that they're in between a vet and a dog groomers, so you can occasionally hear barking echo through the store, but it isn't a bug distraction.

I went for breakfast coffee and had a great cappuccino. The staff is always friendly. A great meeting place.

Heck yeah! I can finally find parking to get my favorite coffee around these parts.

Sure it's a bit pricey, but the ambiance is well worth. Office space for meetings or privacy booths for a date, even have a indoor/outdoor open seating.

Hopefully as things calm down with an increasing vaccinated populous, again hopefully, we can get back to their iconic white coffee mugs and plates for that sweet sweet butter over toasted sourdough.

Staff at this location are great. Attentive, friendly, and makes a darn good product. A place to check out for sure.
