This is my favorite coffee shop in the Springs. The baristas are always kind and welcoming and the cardamom latte is my go-to. I’ve only had the avocado toast once but it was delicious.

Excellent coffee each time. I love mochas and they make a good one. Great meeting place. Unique and the staff checks in on you. This has been added to one of my regulars.

Good coffee but feel it is kind of over priced. Seating area is nice and staff is friendly. Didn’t get any food because I can’t justify overpaying for a breakfast sandwich or pastries. But otherwise nice coffee shop.

Outstanding coffee, drinks, and service. I did not rate it a five because of the need for more seating, and seating is scarce unless you wait for a table/booth to open. But I will definitely come back.

The staff here is very friendly and engaging, coffee is delicious, environment is well curated, and the SW views out the window are some of the best in Springs. I would prioritize visiting Loyal Coffee when passing through.

Always love the coffee here, but I thought I'd highlight a recent experience I had:
My fiancé and I had a brief chat with one of the employees after learning we were all from Ohio. A few months later, when I came in for a quick bite on my day off, the same employee asked if my family was doing okay amid the recent train derailment. That little bit of kindness 100% made my day. Totally recommend checking this shop out!

Came in 11 months ago and left a bad review after they could not do a flat white coffee. Thought I’d try it again and give them ago but unfortunately they said they cannot do a flat white and instead they can give me a cappuccino.
This is like walking into a high end cocktail bar, prices to match, and asking for an old fashioned when all the ingredients are staring right at you and being told you can only get a whisky and coke.
The owners obviously do not read the previous reviews and dont anything with the feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Hire passionate team members who love coffee and want to learn about coffee. Train your staff on coffee so they are knowledgeable to avoid them coming across like uncaring redundant robots.
Add flat white to your order transactions at the till to avoid confusion.
My friend went in a few weeks ago and they did the same to him, and he ended up with a cappuccino when it was clearly requested 2 x flat whites. :( This place has potential so super disappointing to have this repeated experience.

pretty pricey, but experience will always be pleasant. i came here at 8am on a friday and it was super busy. there was a lot of seating options and although it was busy, people could still find a spot to hang out. i got a regular latte and it came to 5.02 for a 12 ounce. (they only come in one size) the roast was delightful and tasty, smooth with a light foam on top. the cups are thick too so the coffee stays warm and fresh. music is lovely and groovy, not too loud and they also have quiet seating in the back of the shop for more focused people. they have lots of plug ins for charging. they don’t call out your drink or name, so i was kind of confused as to which latte was mine and when it would come out. guy at the counter seemed stressed and kind of down, but i don’t blame him since it seemed like a lot of people were just grumpy and wanted their morning coffee. they have seating outside and wifi as well. it’s very bright and lively, may be less busy in the afternoon/evening. bathroom is very nice and clean too. they have a dish area in the back and the front for when you’re done and need to put your dishes away. they also have merch, but it’s very pricey (for me being a young high school student). overall this place made me feel very special and comfortable. you can tell that this place holds a great community with people that know each other and are kind. the only drawback is the pricing, but half of what you’re paying for is the environment. the smell also is…so. elegant! you can tell that everything is fresh and well prepared.

Always clean, always friendly, always quick, and the drinks are always smooth and tasty. House espresso, single origins, drip coffee, iced/hot, Ive had pretty much all of it and I have been more than impressed with every drink I've received. I don't live the closest to either location so it's not my normal spot, but I'll say that just in the few times that I've been able to make it to this location, I can say that Phillip (Philip?) is my favorite barista in the Springs. Always willing to engage in conversation, even if it's busy. Very impressed by his skill and attitude every time. With that being said, I've had an incredible experience with any barista at either location. Worth the trek out here!

One of the great particular coffees in the city with its own unique taste and feel. Their clean cut style is also of its own flavor. Loyal kills it with whiskeys and cocktails on tap to change or fit the mood. They love what they do.
