Loyal Coffee

I give this place 2 stars at most. The atmosphere is stark- I didn't find it warm and inviting. chairs were not comfortable and there were only a few booths. Caramel mach was not very tasty. I was disappointed in the experience.

They are super friendly and helpful. I was looking at the beans and the girl came over and explained the different types in detail. The food looked incredible but I didn't try it. The coffee is excellent and the environment is cool. Great coffee shop.

The most reliable thing in my life is the wifi at Loyal Coffee.

I was just here for the first time recently. My wife had been before, and told me they have a lavender cranberry syrup that I had to try. I knew nothing else of the coffee they had. I went in armed with literally just the syrup I wanted, and asked for a recommendation. I was handed a latte with oat milk and that same syrup. It was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. Not to mention, every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff, really great environment, great coffee and amazing food.

Their chocolate is vegan so you can get vegan hot cocoa here! Accidentally left my phone in the bathroom and when I came back 30 minutes later the girl at the register immediately recognized me and gave it back. Super customer service!

I don't know maybe im just use to Starbucks. The coffee was a tad disappointing but the breakfast egg sandwich was good. Also a bit overpriced. The store was very clean and seemed upscale but if your going in for a cup of Joe you'd do better at a Dunkin donuts.

Seems like it would be a good cafe to hangout. Tables fill up in the morning!

Loyal Coffee is the best in the Springs. The coffee is amazing and the vibes are great as well! Both locations are just what this city needed. I make sure to stop by the Downtown location for a coffee every single time I am in town. Thank you for building coffee by way of community!

No inside seating (ty covid) and very limited outside tables...NO umbrellas on a hot sunny day.

Not to mention they don't even list the prices for pour overs or extra shots of espresso... Simply listing "market price"....its coffee...NOT wild caught Maine lobster.
