Coffee and Tea Zone

I'm over 50-years-old and this is the first place that I've ever been KICKED OUT of... My daughter and her boyfriend bought some drinks here and I went next door to the ice cream place for a milkshake. We sat and talked for about 20 minutes or so using a table outside, but then the wind picked up and we decided to move indoors to the EMPTY Coffee & Tea Zone sitting area. I got five steps into the store when the employee behind the counter pointed directly at me and informed me that I COULD NOT be in the store because I didn't purchase anything from them. My daughter was quick to point out that both she and her boyfriend had bought drinks about 20 minutes before but that didn't matter at all to the clerk/jerk behind the counter. It was like I was C3PO in Star Wars: "Hey! We don't serve their kind here!" So we all left the once again EMPTY store. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this store on principle. Good luck staying profitable with employees and rules that discourage customers from visiting.

I ended up leaving before getting a drink because the person behind the counter was so rude when taking our order. I'd recommend the shops drinks but customer service was abysmal.

Definitely a lot better now! Everyone is very friendly & drinks are phenomenal 😊. 100% would recommend.

***over a year old*** Some of the staff are super nice and helpful, others clearly dont care. Drinks are yummy though.

No military discount for active duty dependents..... really???? So while my husband is away protecting your little shop, there's no regard the spouse? It's not an abuse or as if I'm the second cousins brother. Pathetic ownership. I've never been to a place like that, it's not about the money, ill pay ur less than 10% discount anyway, it's the customer service, courtesy, and respect. I won't be coming here anymore.

Normally my drinks have been awesome and even the one I got tonight was good but I would think that if the staff got my order wrong and it was pointed out, my drink should have been "remade not just dumped into a new cup" while straining (which a bunch of the wrong bobas were missed) out the wrong bobas and added more milk to make it so thin it was like strawberry milk instead of a shake or smoothie.

Staff is very friendly, product is reasonable price and service is fast! My go to meet up place to start my night with friends

Not as welcoming as a coffee and tea joint (that isn't Starbucks) should be... More moderny hole in the wall expensive smoothie joint. Didnt seem too focused on the coffee part. Matcha smoothie was good tho $5.79 for a medium

My favorite place for boba!! I've been going here for over 10 years and there smoothies are amazing. Minnie's magic is my favorite :)

Boba is good, but too sweet. Place itself is decent, the atmosphere is ok, but it is kind of small. Overall a decent place if you want boba, the coffee is fine but nothing above average.

I walked in 4 minutes after they opened and the young man working did not greet me and seemed aggravated. I immediately walked out. It's hard to understand that people can't even do their job and deliver quality customer service. The worst experience for a woman who's 20 weeks pregnant and craving Boba Tea...
