Dutch Bros Coffee

This location is the absolute best! The coffee is always delicious and the staff is incredible. We just grabbed coffee ten minutes before closing and Ms. Lauren was so pleasant and professional! Even though it was late, she took the time to make us feel like valued customers and do an excellent job! Thank you Lauren, for making our mother/daughter outing so special!!

We showed up during a torrential down pour so it took about 30 minutes to get through the line but they made the drinks in under 5 minutes and were a happy bunch of teenagers. Drink was good as usual :)

You can sense how well the employees are treated here. brightens my day by stopping here for some coffee

the customer service here is insANELY amazing. i go here multiple times a week and am never disappointed. today i had a great conversation with some of the workers there (i have a bad memory but i’m pretty sure two of them were nick and bailey), but literally every single worker there is so so nice. not to mention their drinks are exquisite. i promise you that you will have an incredible experience when you visit this dutch in castle rock. thank you to the whole team, i love y’all!!! <3

My drinks from this location are never as sweet or flavorful as they are from other locations. Today, I asked for a little extra flavor in my drink and my drink doesn't seem to have been flavored or sweetened at all. The flavor is the entire reason for spending so much on a coffee at Dutch Bros. If I wanted flavorless coffee, I'd spend a dollar at a gas station.

I love dutch bros cold brew and the free stickers! I think its great that the staff is encouraged to have a full conversation with the customer, but sometimes (before my coffee) i just cant do it. Love the pep though.

I Love Love Love Dutch Brothers Coffee. They are Sooo much better than Starbucks & better priced. I wish we had them on the East coast (New Jersey). Their service is excellent there's never a really long wait even when the lines are extremely long. And even if it was I would wait it's worth it. And I'm not a big coffee drinker. They have other drinks for the non coffee drinkers that are just as creative and delicious. In my pictures I'm drinking a (Picture Perfect) their drinks have really cool fun names. A must try if you're ever in Colorado I hear they have 1 in Las Vegas now.

Dutch Bros has employee engagement down. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and always able to answer every weird question I have. I drink coffee like a five year old (must be sweet and all the flavors are up for discussion). I always ask weird questions and I've yet to stump anyone. They are also super fast! I highly recommend Dutch Bros for your caffeination needs.

"It's just drinks, what's the big deal?" I turned out to be very wrong. Dutch Bros has such a fun variety of drinks, as well as providing a great overall customer experience. Sure the line can get a little long, but the staff here really knows how to interact and make you feel important. Also the prices are extremely reasonable. This is one of my new places to swing by for a great drink. (I recommend the Blackberry Pomegranate Lemonade)
