Ordered a birthday cake frost, got my drink with no confetti sprinkles. Disappointed waiting in a long line for not a complete drink. That's not good!

Typically a long line but since there is no food to make, it’s. A breeze to get in and out compared to Starbucks with the drive through. Love their fall drink specials even more than Starbucks too!! Definitely stop in if you need a coffee boost!

I came in to get a coffee and tried redeeming my stamp card for a free drink and they wouldn’t take it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived to the store today at 9:45 PM and got in line with 4 cars in front of me. I got to the window as the clock turned to 10:00 and the attendant told me they were now closed and refused service. Will never go again.

This honestly isn't my jam for coffee but there I am every sunday waiting in line with my boys (15 and 17) who think it's the best. Huge selection, super duper friendly people and actually pretty efficient for the amount of people going through there. Highly recommended for drinks that aren't plain coffee although the coffee isn't too shabby either.

Absolutely love Dutch Bros Castle Rock!!! They make me feel like I’m on top of the world!!! Literally just like second family to me!!! Quality and time is quick and amazing!!!! The employees are so sweet and so fun!! I come every single day!!!! Love you Dutch Bros Castle Rock!!!!

It takes a long time to get your coffee, I'd guess about double the time it takes to go through the Starbucks drive thru and it's hard to know how much you'll end up spending since they want you to order before you even get to the posted menu that her their prices (they don't post prices on their online menu). Once you actually receive the drink though, it is pretty good. Last time I got the salted caramel pumpkin cold brew and I highly recommend it.

The best coffee ever! To make it better, I have never ran into a rude employee. They are always upbeat and friendly (which for teenagers and early 20s is pretty amazing) no matter the weather outside.

Great tasting coffee, teas/lemonades and flavored drinks (with or without rebel) and a favorite treat spot to stop at for the family. Staff is very friendly and seem super happy to be there versus other places.

Coffee tastes way better than the more expensive Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts (which we don’t have here in CR). I love this location for drinks before and after work or just whenever. Very reasonably priced drinks compared to the competition too. Like a “grande” at SB is a small here or a “venti” is a medium here and so forth. Great promotions and love the digital and sometimes real stickers too!!! I need more stickers for my laptop :)
