Dutch Bros Coffee

Even with super busy drive-thru lines, the employees here provide great customer service and the lines move at a good pace. The drinks are always delicious and there are tons of options for all taste palettes!

How can you go wrong with Dutch Bros? The simple answer is just don't go and head to Starbucks instead! YUCK! We have been to Dutch Bros in California, Nevada, and Colorado -- they are ALL good. Great customer service and no matter the weather, the order takers are always wearing a smile and making the customer smile as well, even when you order off of the SECRET MENU. Of course, there really is NO SECRET MENU, except for those who know there is a SECRET MENU but you didn't hear it from me - NEVER ask for a Grasshopper because it simply DOES NOT EXIST! :-)

Always good! Sugar and spice oat milk latte, half sweet, hot...very satisfying.

This place is so good! They are a fun in and out burger vibe but for coffee. I tried the cinnamon bun chai and it was great! Also cheaper than Starbucks.

Meh... I honestly don't know why this place has a line of cars; other than there really isn't a warm and welcoming lobby or seating area. The coffee is "OK", but I think they specialize in 5,000 calorie "coffee drinks". Not my thing, so I won't be back. My 3 stars are not because I don't like those kinds of drinks, but rather based on the coffee I had. I do like coffee, and this was average. On par with a certain donut shop, but without the ability to "dunk" the donut".

If I could give the Castle Rock Dutch Bros Coffee 10 stars I would. I can't express how much I LOVE this place - the smoothies and the dutch cocoa are amazing but I have to say, it's this stores employees that keep me coming back. I get the same outstanding service every time, by every single employee- they radiate positivity which on many occasions has been the reason my day has gone from being a tough one to a good one - they're THAT good! Trey specifically is one of a kind, his enthusiasm is contagious! The level of customer service this store provides should be considered THE gold standard for customer service, for every industry. I rarely take time to write reviews but honestly, this store deserves one. BRAVO guys!

I have nothing but praise for Dutch Bros. Coffee. The Castle Rock location is always fast, friendly and accurate.

My favorite team member is Ella, she is UNBELIEVABLY friendly and makes sure to take the time to have a quick chat with all of her drive-thru customers, offering a little bit of humor and a warm smile to ease the day along. Matter of fact, I've never had anyone at Dutch Bros. be anything less that awesome! I love the culture and feel that this place brings, head and shoulders better than any Seattle brand could ever hope to offer.

The hot, Golden Eagle with Soft Top is a game changer... never going back to anything less than this. You just can't beat this drink, period!

I honestly can’t believe how amazing and kind the employees are! The drinks are always incredible too. Puts most places to shame. My husband and I love driving through castle rock because that means we get dutch Bros as a treat and feel so loved and special by the employees when we leave! They are very intentional. Well done dutch Bros! You’re doing something very right!

Never had a bad experience at a dutch bros! The lines can be atrocious but i only get coffee when I'm having a chill day or on my way home from something so the lines aren't really an issue for me. The people as always are so friendly and outgoing!
