Dutch Bros Coffee

Staff was friendly, but many of us waited over 20 minutes for orders of coffee. There were also many mistakes on numerous orders that prompted remakes. I asked if my drinks were ready after 20 minutes and if they weren't to cancel my order and refund the card because I couldn't wait. I got a "we just received a big order" as my now cold coffee and cocoa was handed to me. My daughter took a sip of her cocoa in the car and it was coffee.

Just visiting - best coffee I've found. Great flavor, friendly staff, and I like the customization options! Usually a line, but it moves quickly and is ALWAYS worth the wait. Please come to Wisconsin and I'll help run the show! 😉

Over this location. I order the same drink every time I go, 1/2 the time it’s made the same. I went today and ordered 2 drinks, the usual ones and left with hot chocolate and butter flavored something. I asked for a toasted marshmallow and golden eagle. I went back through the line and explained the mix up, super polite people but both drinks still tasted awful. Kicking myself for not going to Starbucks, which will not happen again. Honestly, the line is always long and the drinks are made sub par, inconsistently. It’s not fun anymore.

Asked for easy ice, ended up paying for ice and not my drink.

Didn’t know what to order and the baristas helped me pick out this delicious iced Caramelizer, heaven in a to-go cup! I had to take a photo before I drank it all and now I’m ready for a day at work!

I absolutely ADORE this place. I spend way too much money here but I don’t regret a single penny. The Dutch Bros crew is always happy, upbeat, and just really awesome. I love that there are frequent events that give back to local causes. The coffee is also delicious but my favorite part about Dutch Bros is definitely the people who work there.

I only talked with two of the employees but they were very friendly and awesome, and i also noticed other employees all smiling which was very nice for my partner and I, which was a big mood lifter on our long drive home. Thank you for your excellent service.
