the Blend at Buena Vista

Me and my best friend are on a road trip, and stopped here for breakfast. Absolutely amazing! The staff is super sweet, and excited about this restaurant! It was refreshing. The food and coffee was top tier! Very clean and tidy as well. Perfect hangout spot :)

Great little coffee, breakfast or lunch stop. Service was super friendly and restaurant clean and inviting. Bagels flown in from Brooklyn will blow you away.

We are glad we stumbled on this spot! Stepped right up to the counter and the food came so fast but tasted incredibly fresh. Mostly breakfast options, bagel sandwiches, bowls and a couple burritos. Between the three of us, five star reviews for the smoothies, acai bowl, coffee, chicken salad and burritos! Friendly service too!

We had just pulled into town after kind of a pretty good drive from 11 Mile canyon.
Plenty of parking right across the street, had a couple of their burritos they were both fantastic!
Service was great I think somebody grabbed our sandwiches so they gave us some more!
We came back the next day and had another burrito and some of their small peach rhubarb muffins with a cinnamon topping! They were delicious!
Coffee was also great, Diane had a chai tea latte that was delicious!
Enjoy the town very much enjoyed walking around and hitting the shops!

Fresh, flavorful food and great service! The bagels tasted like they were just made that morning and just taken out of the oven. Fresh ingredients made for the best flavors. Smoothie ingredients were on point too. Had The Eddy, The 5th Wheel and the Princeton smoothie. Staff was friendly and quick. Definitely would make a visit next time I’m driving through Buena Vista.

Great açaí bowls breakfast wraps. Etc. my 3rd time here it was reasonable and consistent. Order at the counter and they call your name to get it. Indoor seating

I was just a passerby from Denver and saw this place was rated so highly. It looked like a very simple cafe so I was dubious. I saw, the menu and it looked very simple, like nothing special.

But then actually I tried the food. They make the simple incredible. That was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. I also had the gluten free almond coffee cake with coffee and it was so good, while enjoying views of the peaks.

I love the fact that this place doesn't have servers and you can just get your food and leave quickly.

I'm not vegan but I know more and more people who are, and I think they should put more effort into labeling what is vegan there. But if you are vegan they'd customize something for you.
