At Home

So disappointed on my recent visit. The store is about a third empty. Went there for bathroom and other decor and came home empty handed. There were aisles upon aisles that were empty of the usual decor. Don't know what's going on, but I sure hope it changes.

They had great prices and items. I am happy about the umbrella and cushions I purchased there. It's a huge store and sometimes they are out of stock on popular items.

There are many things in the store. However both times I've been there are aisles and aisles that are empty saying "new stuff arriving soon." The visits where in Feb before 'Rona and the in beginning of Aug. And they have never carried a decorative kitchen sized hand pump for dish soap, which is what I continue to search for. I did find a planter in Feb that I adore. The furniture looks and feels a bit on the cheap side.

I love this store. It is like a Home Goods but with a lot more selection. Tons of art, frames, rugs, and patio furniture. Since a lot of the items are overstock the inventory can be sparse on some items, depending on when you go; but it's a great "1st stop" to see if they have what you need before paying a higher price somewhere else.

I was so excited to live near one of these stores but am pretty disappointed with this location. They have a huge selection but the store is incredibly messy. Customers move stuff around and don't put things back but the employees don't seem to put much of an effort in keeping up with the mess. They are very vigilant in keeping the check out area sanitized because of covid.

This store is so dirty. Almost every aisle in the store has stuff everywhere and out of place. Forget about moving freely with your cart. I think they need to hire more help. Price is good, stuff is kind of cheap. Quality? Okay I guess. We won't be back, not worth the drive up from Arvada.

Great place to go and get anything and everything for your home. Not to bad on prices but, I do feel they could have some sales or maybe coupons to knock the price down. Overall great place shop. Do make sure you have good walking shoes on because it is a huge place to shop.

I was surprised how big and how many decor items they had here. Seem like a designers dream for new stuff. So many modern options. Prices are not super cheap but good for what you get and so many unique items you'll find most the latest trendy decor items here..

The lady checking me out, Jamie, had a snicky, snarky edge that I didn't appreciate. I set my merch on the counter as soon as the people in front of me left. She swiftly snatched it up and smacked it down on the other end of the counter very aggressively and knocked some of the beads off it. She then sprayed and wiped the counter so she was apparently annoyed that I set my stuff down before she was ready for it. Guess I'm supposed to know to wait for her clean it first? Good grief CHILL woman.
The entire transaction she had a somewhat passive-aggressive demeaner and the man in training with her will likely quit if he has to tolerate her all day for even ONE day. Although I've experienced worse attitudes in my life, it was enough for me to never go back.

Untidy. Cute items if you want to dig through piles of merchandise to hope that it has a price marked. Way too much of a queue area to walk through before the point of sale. If you like the Biglots business model where items flex out the counters. you may enjoy this place. I do not, and did not.
