At Home

I was shopping for outdoor pillows and found a huge selection. Christmas decorations are displayed everywhere. Nice store. Only negative was I was in line to purchase items and was next, when a customer walked in for a return and the employee took care of her first. Not a huge problem, but not logical.

Great selection of items, so many shapes, styles etc. but lordy be prepared to wait 30mins to an hour in the check out line. This was at 2pm on a Monday. The one cashier was really struggling, poor thing.

Great store for your home furnishing needs. Big selection and the prices aren't too high.

2nd time I went there… again, I bought nothing….Simply, the prices are way to high for the quality presented…..

I went to purchase a planting pot today that was on an aisle that said all pots and planters 25% off. It did not ring up with the discount and cashier said nothing she could do. Told her I didn't want it then. I asked to speak with a manager who accompanied me to the aisle where the sign was and several of the same pot as well as many others were located. She wasn't interested in making it right. I told her I would not be shopping there anymore and her response was okay. Poor customer service !

So many options it'll make your head spin. Make sure you allow yourself enough time to make a lap and check out everything this place has to offer! Awesome store, helpful people. Will definitely be back for all our needs!

I recently went to at home to purchase a few things for my kitchen. I didn't realize until I got home they had over charged me. The price listed on the items was not what I paid. I was charged over $10 more than the listed price. This is theft. I don't know if the cashier pockets the money she over charged or the store. Be very careful that what the sticker says is the amount you are charged. I will never be back. I had planned on doing all my outdoor furniture and several more items for my kitchen.

Humberto and Johnny are two of the best managers I’ve ever seen. Even when a coworker was seemingly impatient, Johnny not only took care of me with a smile and sincere kindness but alleviated her burden with the same patience and kindness.

I called expecting to have a major problem begged to be solved. Refreshingly, Humberto took care of it with zero need for me to get upset -very nice in an era people make you lose it to get the help you need. Thank you both!
