I used to LOVE At Home, however, I am now just disappointed in the Longmont store.
I went into the store and saw 2 settee's I really liked. On top of that, they were on clearance. I wanted to measure that they would be a good fit and when I was able to, I called the store to put them on hold on a Wednesday to pickup on Saturday. When I called, I was told only a 24 hold would be possible. I said ok, I will hold them till Saturday over the phone with my card. I was told no. So I said, ok, I will pay for them over the phone. I was told, no.
So I put them on a 24 hold to figure out what to do. I then got a call back from the associate, saying the store manager overheard the conversation and wanted me to know that since the settee's were on clearance, they wouldn't even hold them for 24hrs.
So with that I didn't purchase the settee's.

Wide selection and was very organized

This store is working it's way out of business. Employees are scarce so if you need help you have to go to the registers to ask someone for help. When you do get someone they have such a lack of training and resources you're almost better on your own. The website shows what aisles things are in like TEX23 yet none of the aisles are labeled and it doesn't seem like they put things where they go anyway. This store is a disappointment overall and management doesn't seem to care.

If you have one of these around you, skip Amazon. This store had a huge selection. I went there for home decor and found isles of choices. I was expecting broken pieces and shelves in disarray, but I didn't see one broken or worthless piece that should not be sold. I was very impressed by this store.

Very diverse selection of home goods, with an emphasis on Christmas decorations during the holiday season. Has beds, wall decor, outdoor decor and furniture, indoor decor and furniture, kitchen implements, very wide range of fake plants and lots of seasonal goods.

Kinda messy store, carts full of product just sitting in aisles, floors covered in glitter and decoration scraps in some places.

This is kind of a weird home decor store. It's a mix between Home Goods and Big Lots. Some stuff is really great- like the patio cushion selection and a lot of it is kind of junky. You have to be patient and willing to walk through a maze of stuff. There are hidden gems sprinkled everywhere though.

Went in looking for early Halloween decorations. Found all manner of neat things for decorating our house. Wide selection. Pretty impressed with the selection, quality seems decent for the price so far.

Unique stuff to buy here. Staff is nice. They work hard to make sure you don't wait in line too long to check out. My only complaint is that the store can be really unorganized sometimes. Some parts of the store aren't as clean as other parts.
