This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. We ate outside and the staff were super friendly and attentive.
Food was really good and portions were good size.
There are lots of options in Old Town, but this place draws a crowd for a reason. Be prepared to wait...but I promise it's worth it!

Exceptional place for coffee. Worth for coffee for sure. Need some arrangements in pricing for diner menu

My father's day breakfast was incredibly đź‘Ťgood. It was a busy afternoon, we were able to get a spot on the patio. Great food , I love old Torrance, this is a hip place you eat.

Nice looking place but the owner is a total disaster. From serving rotten food, to insulting costumers, he covers it all.
When I came here with a group of friends in February 2020, we all ordered burgers. The cheese was old and dry, the bun was stale, and the lettuce was rotten and brown. Two of us got food poisoning so bad that we had to immediately end our camping trip. When showing the rotten lettuce to the waiter (who was very friendly), the owner came to our table and started accusing us of lying and “planting” the rotten food on the plates to get free meals. The man continued to yell and insult us to the point that the other tables in the restaurant cleared. However, he blocked us from leaving and threatened to call the police (which I regret not doing). He even went as far as saying that we should “get back to [our] hood”. Of course, we paid for the rotten food and left as quick as we could. Never did I think that a food break on a camping trip would turn into a threat to our safety and health. The owner can not control his aggression.

There are many reasons why this place is always packed and a long wait time. They are phenomenal servers, baristas, and cooks. They truly make you feel at home here in Old Torrance and apart of the Clutch Family. Order any latte and the pancakes are to die for!

Great dining experience! Friendly and attentive staff. Menu has diverse and tasty offerings - and the coffee is great of course! Would absolutely recommend if you are in Torrance.

I took my Mom here for Mother's Day and they did not disappoint. First, make sure you call ahead of time and get your name on the waitlist. The staff offer tea, coffee and a nitro blend as you are waiting to be seated. Second, our waiter was Grace and she was so sweet and so attentive. The owner came over and spoke with us giving it that extra touch. This was our 1st time and will not be our last!! I'll be back next weekend. Thank you, Coffee and Clutch for making our experience so awesome!!

In my own opinion, they have the best coffee in all of Torrance. Makes Starbucks the McDonald's of coffee and that's being generous.

Edit: The flat white is the best and the food is great in my opinion. If you live in the area or not, give it a try. I highly recommend this place. Wait times can be long but worth the wait.

Fantastic caffeinated drinks! Their minty drink tastes like Christmas morning, which is a great change for a summer morning.

The decor and menu follow the theme in the name - old cars, roadside diners, and coffee. They even have a breakfast item named after Elvis.

I definitely haven't checked this place out enough, despite how close it is. My mistake, and I'll drink plenty of coffee to make up for it.
