Clutch and Coffee

Love this place from the minute you step in. Modern funky hip motocross trails playing on TVs. The decor is edgy. Now the food I crave. Try the blueberry lemon pancakes. I saved some to bring home and have a 2nd breakfast out of them. Glad I stopped in

Very Terrible service, waited 25 mins for the waitress to take our order. We didn't have any menu on the table, however lucky for us the table next to us gave us their menus. The other table near waited much longer than us to order. Ordered the steak & chorizo omelet and breakfast sandwich and coffee. We had for water 4 times to 3 different servers. We got our food no silverware and still no water and coffee. 15 mins after we get our food we finally got our coffee and water. Coffee tasted stale, which is sad for a coffee place. The table next to us had their food but no water and their Americano was water down. Food was okay, dry potatoes, breakfast sandwich was dry. Steak omelet was okay not a big fan of the chorizo. We had to ask for the bill and felt rush that they wanted to kick us out to place for a big group but we didn't get our bill. Very disorganized, atmosphere is too loud, bad service. Not a big fan of this place.

The waitress was nice enough to suggest a meal for me but I never got my ice tea I ordered and waited quite a while to get my bill.. The meal I ordered was good.

I’m highly disappointed in the fact that I drove over 30 mins to get there (after calling 3xs with no answer) to place a take out order as the website indicated they do, but what the website doesn’t say is that they do not do take orders on the weekends. I got to the counter to place my order and was turned away because they didn’t have room on the grill! Even after explaining how far I had driven the server told me there was nothing they could do when all I wanted was some damn blueberry pancakes! Wow!

Rating is for customer service. Wait time was an hour. Granted it’s Mother’s Day and I’m sure that affected the waiting time, but the people that checked in before us got seated and I thought we were next to be seated since we arrived after them. Turns out 2 parties got seated before us even though they arrived after us. After waiting for 1 hour we finally got seated we ordered and waited for another 20 min for our drinks and for the food another 30 minutes. I hope that the service we received had nothing to do with the fact we were the only Hispanics. I saw other tables getting their drinks and food, but we had to wait longer.

The restaurant is always packed during the weekend so expect some wait. Parking tends to be tough as well.
The food is great, but the service sometimes is lacking. I feel they should have more staff when there is the morning rush.

The place is amazing. The cappuccino i had was superb. Food was amazingly delicious. First time here and i will definitely come back.....Oh and service was awesome.

All the breakfast items are really good with generous portions. They have standard breakfast fare with some creative options. The pancakes were especially fluffy and delicious too. The only let-down was the service. I couldn't make sense if how the host was seating people. Then it took awhile for our order to be taken after we sat down. And I never received the drink I ordered. The price for the food and food quality is hard to beat, but the service left just a little to be desired.

Absolutely a fan, I’ve been back back three times in the past week alone. The coffee is definitely gourmet- none of the nonsense of grabbing coffee at a commercial chain. My personal favorite is the salted caramel latte (and get it done in to enjoy some latte art).

The food is huge portions, and it really isn’t expensive. My banana pancakes have last three separate meals so far. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried- from the jalapeño burger, to the banana pancakes, to the Elvis toast, and the fried green tomatoes.

Staff is great. Service is great. I’ll be a repeat customer for life.

Food is really food, owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating, good coffee, will go back!
